  2. Most peeps are damn lucky to be born or living near Buffalo. But some of us in the periphery have to make due with how our lives have unfolded. How many here are transplants from Buffalo? And how many are fans who naturally realized Buffalo is our team (such as me). SF is supposed to be my team. They are fairly close enough and they became my 2nd fav. But for some damn reason Buffalo got a hold of my heart before the Niners could and never let go (and the Niners are damn close to my heart). I'm a hard core Bills fan since 87 and perhaps 86 if pressed. and I'm damn proud of it!

How did you all (who live away from Buffalo) get sucked into the awesomeness of being a Bills fan? Did it come as naturally as my situation? due tell!

Im from Maine, I LOVE the Bills! I think i jumped on the bandwagon when i was a kid and we were in the super bowls...been draggin behind it ever since. Everyone here is New England or Giants fans, I hate all of them. Seeing these fools who like the Pats on a daily basis makes me love the Bills even more. 90% of the Pats fans are all fake. Thats what makes us Bills fans so great, we love our team no matter what! GO BILLS!

  3. Agreed. I like the guy's size. I like his story. But there's a reason he was a 7th rounder. Not saying that he can't grow into something great, but come on, we just drafted Marcell freakin' Dareus and all the excitement is about our last round pick?

Im thrilled about the drafting of Dareus. I already have a good idea of what Dareus can do in the NFL. Its the potential of having something great from the 7th round pick that excites me the most. He seems to have the physical and athletic abilities to use his size to the max. Sorry for being excited and optimistic about him...

  4. Vince Wilfork at 2004 combine - 6'1" 323 lbs

    40 time: 5.21

    Bench 225 lbs: 36

    Vert Jump: 26.5"

    Broad Jump: 8'5"

    20 yrd shuffle:4.5

Michael Jasper private Bills workout - 6'4" 1/2 378 lbs

    40 time: 5.38 -.17 sec

    Bench 225 lbs: 34 -2 reps

    Vert Jump: 32" + 5.5"

    Broad Jump: 9'5" + 1'

    20 yrd shuffle: ?

"The Shadow" kills Wilfork in the vert and broad jump, he is slightly under Wilfork in bench and 40 time. All while being 55 lbs heavier and 3.5" taller. Get this kid in the NFL weight room and training facilities. We could have the best NT in the NFL! Can't wait to see him in action!!

  5. Don't like QBs much eh ;)

With Newton off the board the Bills would have had to try REALLY hard to !@#$ up that pick.

I was hoping for Miller just because I think a LB would have more immediate impact, but Dareus is obviously an instant starter as well in a big position of need and a solid pick.

Yea not to high on the QB class this year.

"However, if the Broncos pass on Marcell, it's rumored that the New England Patriots will use their two first-round picks, numbers 17 and 28, to trade up for the Bills' No. 3 selection in order to take Marcell. The rumor mill has Patriot resident genius Bill Belicek believing that Marcell is the next Richard Seymour, the former New England star nose guard, who is now with the Oakland Raiders."

I say No! DO NOT DEAL WITH THE DEVIL!

+1 NEVER DEAL WITH THE PATS (DEVIL)!!!

  8. ESPN and EA Sports are having the fans vote for the cover. It's tournament style voting and Stevie Johnson is in the running. Flood the ballot box!

    espn.com/maddenvote

I should add you can only vote for the first round and our boy Stevie J is matched up against Danny Woodhead.

Just voted...some of those matchups are horrible. The 12th man is in there?!?! Stevie Johnson has a real good shot at beating out Woodhead.

  9. Anyone think there is a chance we could trade Lee for some draft picks? I know it will be tough to trade that salery but i think draft picks would be better for us then keeping Lee. What picks you think we could get if he got traded?

  10. I had a dream last night that the Bills traded their 1st (3rd overall) pick to the Redskins for their 10th pick 2nd rd pick and a 5th rd pick I think it was. Washington took Patrick Peterson from LSU. Unfotunely my alarm went off when the Cowboys were picking the 9th pick...

  11. Josh Freeman was drafted #17-2009

Mike Williams was drafted in the 4th round - 2010

Benn was drafted in the second round. - 2010

Blount - undrafted, signed from WW - 2010

It goes to show you don't have to bottom out to make good draft picks.

    Ryan Fitzpatrick-drafted 7th round

    Fred Jackson-Undrafted

    Stevie Johnson-drafted 7th round
