  1. I don't see the wildcat formation viable long-term. Every defense in the NFL was unprepared for that type of attack when Miami unveiled it in the pros a couple years ago. Now , each D-cord. has a scheme(s) against it and will only improve in time. Its a fad. Miami was horrible in the wildcat last night ( granted they were playing the jets d ) but it still hasn't packed the same punch for any team this year as it has in the past.

Which is why this rendition of the WC should call for more ballsy passing options to keep 'em honest. All good athletes playing this game can throw a football (to some extent).

  2. Cum on now... think back to when Gold Tooth Lynch ran over that canuck broad downtown after visiting whatever bar it was where he demanded to bring in his own bottle... then after stealing the $20... the suspension... the majority of folk on this board COULD NOT WAIT to run his arse out of town. ...and rightfully so...

So now, after GTL rips off a couple of solid runs, yet more than enough dance moves that get him buried for no gain, everyone is bent out of shape? Come on... he is a liability, one roach away from another suspension, not all that productive, and frankly of little worth. He was (yet another) drafting mistake. His 1st round pick has little relevance. He is as replaceable as Wilderbees McGAYheehee. I commend ML for his teamsmanship this year and he is now free to get arrested in WA. He is part of the losing tradition. B-bye.

  3. Statement: @ Baltimore - Ray Rice, *Willis McGahee and Ron McClain will probably combine for 500 yards rushing and 6 touchdowns.

Question: How come our backfield is (was) crowded and Baltimore's isn't?

*Of course McGayheehee is only there to impregnate anyone who dines at Applebees.

  4. Luck will go to a BAD team in the 2010 draft, or he will go to a BAD team in the 2011 draft. The best Qb's go to the worst teams. Line 'em up, that's just how it works. I tire of these young little dudes attempting to decipher whether a draft-potential team is good enough for them. That's why it's called a 'draft'.

  5. I think its a brilliant idea, and it totally surprises me that the majority of the replies are negative towards it. Yet, these same people will continue on- bitching, moaning and complaining... in addition to doing nothing.

Rationalize the plan with another 15 minutes of tailgating. Sleep in an extra 15 minutes and keep the usual schedule. What are you going to miss... Mary Trent running to his seat on the bench?

It's not turning your back on the team... it's making and taking a stand & sending a message.

  6. And I suppose all other sucky teams in position to draft a Qb within the first 1-10 picks of the draft have fans who are much less venomous and/who are completely polite and accomodating to their teams sucky ways and never ever say anything negative? Come on!

Right. Pissed-off fans are as much-a-part of the game as the game itself.

The young kid who's up for the challange of coming to Orc Hard Park, that (seemingly) can turn it around (for we loyal fans) should be honored for the privledge to land here and make millions playing a game and making something out of near nothing.

That's right- you got it the wrong way around buddy.

If I were a top college QB, I would be very, very wary of being picked by the Bills. We have a long history of destroying QBs (both as a team and fans of the team). If Jim Kelly were in the upcoming draft, he would have the same reaction that he had originally: why go the Bills and play on a team that has a history of not being able to pass protect.

I would fully expect any of the top QBs (and/or their agents) to ask the Bills what the plan is to pass protect.

Ummm, Mr. Fitz was sacked once last week, and knocked down once via some fat asses (typical Patriacheat unpenalized officiating) illegal strike to the head. If you're a real NFL Qb, it's amazing how much better the pass protection automatically gets. It's a tough game for tough people. Perhaps soccer is more your (and the original poster's ) style?

Part of building a winner is accepting the challange. Why can't people understand this? Oh yeah, I remember now... because you've accepted to have the democrap seed to be planted in your brain... everyone deserves to be coddled & taken care of... no one deserves a little hardship and necessity to work for what they get...
