  1. This weeks Bills secondary is probably the worst secondary fielded by the Bills in the last 25 years. McDermott is going to have to do magic to hide this roster deficit.

  2. I think, if Beane doesn't bring in a quality CB , within the next 2 weeks, he is guilty of dereliction of duty. Hopefully, the Pat's game has shown Beane that our secondary is lacking the talent necessary to  a serious defense. With Hairston and Strong out, Tre White a shadow of his former self, Beane has to trade for a top CB. The price will undoubtely be high, but not fortifing the CB spot will, in my opion. tank the season.

  4. This is not the first time, nor will it be the last, that public money will be used to support private enterprise. The hope is that the money was well spent for the greater good of the community. Let's hope the new stadium generates additional private development, creating growth for the region. That being said, I believe the public investment in a new stadium for Western New York makes sense. However, I think what would have made a better use of public money would have been to increase the investment and build the stadium in Buffalo with a dome.

  5. Based on the guaranteed amount in this agreement, and not knowing the specifics of the contract, it appears to me to be a 7.5 mil/yr deal with incentives.

  7. I thought it was a little boring, and I'm glad it was. I don't want to see anything that could be a distraction from the preparation for the season. That being said, I doubt Hard Knocks will keep the rest of the episodes as vanilla.

  8. Very Good!! Didn't want to see a holdout over something that will soon be the norm in the NFL. With college football going from amateur to professional status, I envision the first three rounds of draftees receiving fully guaranteed rookie contracts. Who knows, maybe all draftees will get fully guaranteed rookie contracts.
