Exiled doesn't know who Paul McCartney is...

Didn't you all see the photos from the Sabres Panthers game? Pegula was probably the only one that saw it!
Furthermore, the Sabres/Sharks game had more fans in attendance during snowmageddon than sunny south Florida had Saturday!

Good news and bad news.
Hell on Wheels has been renewed for a fifth season...which will be it's final
Mixed emotions there for me. I love the show but I think we all know how it ends.
They finish the railroad!

One of my favorite shows, been with it since day 1. Can't wait to see this episode, I choose to watch Transformers 4 last night instead of HoW. I chose poorly...
I never watch "live" television anymore unless it's sports. The commercials are getting out of hand. Also, looks like DirecTV and AMC are having a negotiation commercial war.
This show was one of the best shows in this series to date. I think the Irishmen are going to really mess things up.

Bump.
Holy hell how gruesome was that show!?!? AMC has really been kicking ass with their shows!

Have Hackett study film from games while Chan Gailey was calling the plays. Copy said playbook.
Or just hire Chan as OC if he is interested

You think Trump....I can't even...do you see that?! You made me say, "I can't even". Go to your shame corner.
No.
I can tell you exactly what would happen if Trump owned the Bills: 1) He'd demand NYS build him a new stadium worthy of his TRUMP name. 2) When he wouldn't get it he'd move or sell the team at a profit.
Have any proof?
-
I don't particularly care for Trump but would've loved to see what he could do with the team. I wanted him to get the team but had a hunch he wouldn't bid very high.
I'm glad the Pegulas have the team but I have my concerns. I'm horrified that the Bills are going to mirror the Sabres. Absolutely horrified.

Do you want fries with that?
These fries come with ketchup.
Or as the English would call it. Fish n chips

Interesting. So he's to be suspended due to an unsubstantiated allegation before it's even investigated. Awesome.
So should we get a female Bills fan to level charges against Suh, Stafford and Calvin Johnson?
-
I don't have any. I do wonder if anyone has me ignored though

Had to look up Demetress Bell. Free agent. Kills me that these guys were sooooo good in Buffalo but went elsewhere for the money and sucked it up. Philly released Bell after a season. Sounds like they are system players for sure.

Finally get a good story in sports and someone has to crap all over it haha

Had to hop in the shower so the wife wouldn't see me crying like a freaking baby. I'm not a big baseball fan either but that was phenomenal.

I'm tired of hearing about Greg Hardy, Ray Rice, Adrian Peterson, et al. I will never tire of hearing about Derek Jeter, Cal Token, David Nelson et al

Just reading that the the Grand Jury deliberated over the better part of two days. Wait, it was called the day after Labor Day... Gee, what a shock.
They actually were doing their part of the investigation. Interviewing witnesses, going over the videotapes, etc for the better part of two days. The DA said that they deliberated for less than an hour.

What's with this under the influence stuff about Ward? Huh? Is this for real or a joke?
Wards toxicology came back positive for marijuana. DA said it there was enough in system that would've impaired him during the race.
KEVIN WARD FAMILY STATEMENT:
"Our son got out of his car during caution, while the race was suspended. All other vehicles were reducing speed and not accelerating except for Tony Stewart , who intentionally tried to intimidate Kevin by accelerating and sliding his car towards him, causing this tragedy. The focus should be on the actions of Tony Stewart and not Kevin. The matter is not at rest and we will pursue all remedies, in fairness to Kevin."

"Because NY has pure comparative negligence it is still possible to recover damages proportional to the % of the defendant's fault even if the victim is mostly at fault."
@MartySmithESPN: I am not a lawyer, but did just hear ESPN Legal Analyst Lester Munson suggest it greatly reduces legitimacy of civil suit. @scottblodgett15
I saw that interview as well. From what he said it's going to be almost impossible for a civil suit now.
He also used the word "stoned" when referring to Wards status while racing which I thought was a tad unprofessional.
-
Fine with me, and if you'd been paying attention youd realize I never said he was guilty or innocent. And that I thought the most likely outcome was an out of court civil settlement, which is still very much on the table.
Highly unlikely now cause the kid was under the influence. Still possible though.
-
I'm surprised that they didn't make Stewart complete a drug test. I guess he passed a field sobriety test though. DA said a drug expert interviewed Stewart after the accident and determined he wasn't under the influence.
-
Just listened to the press conference. Few points I gathered:
Ward had marijuana in his system, enough to impair him,
No evidence of Stewart swerving to hit Ward. Car was going relatively straight until moment of impact
2 videos, one was YouTube video we all saw, other was tracks official video which was roughly same view but higher quality.

I don't go to football games to watch girls dance.
If I want to watch girls dance I'll go to a club (dance or strip) depending on how much I want to spend.
