To the NFL, it's just entertainment. The so called "better teams" will get the calls. The rest of the teams just fill out the league.
It's about making money. That's the bottom line at the end of the day.
Agreed with this. With Buffalo sitting on 70-100 dollar tickets plus a such a small market share in TV revenue, NFL is not generating revenue from this team. This has an effect of how things are called on the field. Patriots hold every single play.. every play, yet I would guess they have the least amount of holding penalties in the league. How is that justified? Revenue.

The Bills could save 6 mil by cutting him after this year, they should do that but probably won’t. It is def time to move on.
If we want to compete with the big boys, he will be cut. RB's are a dime a dozen now and most teams look at it that way. Patriots would cut him, Dallas would as well (ie Dez), he should be thanked for his service and shown the door.

How about an obvious false start on San Diego last night against Pittsburgh that allowed a TD throw that should have never happened? Hard to swallow when you lose by 3...
Second time for San Diego.. I was at the Browns game earlier this year... Sooo obvious from the stands to see it happen but ref missed the call and got fired.

Josh Allen has been playing competitive football for many years now. HS, Jr. College, Wyoming, now with the Buffalo Bills.
His pass accuracy has never improved.
Sorry!
As if Jim Kelly was the most accurate QB in NFL history (sarcasm!) Touchdown to Zay was a big boy throw I'll take it anytime!

not sure this would work
I would agree regardless of it works I would say hold every offensive play. Do not let Josh Allen get touched. Let's see how many flags they can throw in a game.

Totally missed the PI call though stopping receiver from coming back to the ball. Defender was all over the back

I think these officials are calling a fair game so far. Maybe helping Green Bay a little bit....if anything.
Soo that wan't intentional grounding?
-
Why wasn't that grounding on Brady barely outside the pocket and 5 yards short of the LOS
NFL is worst than WWE

I feel like i am watching 2014 all over.. Great D Sucky O with EJ
-
They were driving to quick ref's had to slow them down
-
Has NE ever had a holding call against them in the first qtr ever? I've seen at least 4 on this drive alone.

Not that it matters but why did the clock continue to run with 11:34 on the clock 2nd and 10 Ivory runs for 6 out of bounds? Seems like red gave the stop clock sign. I hate the nfl

I don't think the product is a good as it use to be. Football use to be easy to follow and fun to watch, its prime was mid eighties to 2000. Too many rules nowadays, rules no one can understand. The running game is non existent for the most part for most teams and watching incomplete pass after pass or 2 yard outs is not exciting in my opinion.

I would have ran something like this. Always liked the design of this play and guaranteed to move the nose out of there.

Why wasn't that grounding?
-
3-11 Hughes was held 3 different times on that play
Watch his head get pulled down

Not to make this a Tyrod thread, but i continually see people bringing up his passing shortcomings, which I agree that he has. I rarely see it mentioned that he does make plays like this which maybe 2-3 other QB's in the league can make.
I would agree with this assessment Tyrod makes plays with his feet that other QB's just can't. My only concern with Tyrod is consistency on the deep ball, it seems he was very good at the beginning of his Bills career but since last season it seems to have no touch on the deep ball. I think his longest pass yesterday covered 12 yards in the Air and i know he badly overshot his receiver on one deep ball yesterday.

The week before the playoff game I was in Houston Texas at the Bills Final game of the season, Was on my way back from Galveston and actually just drove to the Dome to see if I could get scalpers Tickets. Kelley went down early and I got pics of him sitting on the truck before heading into the locker room. Bills got drilled 27 - 3 that game. Watching the wildcard game there was a point where the Oilers had outscored the Bills 60 - 6 over 6 quarters of football. I fell asleep on my couch at the beginning of Q3 of the wildcard game. Woke up in the middle of the 4th thinking WTF happened. I couldn't believe they came back.

Sam Cowert - Blew out his achilles then we let him walk had a few solid years with the Jets before he got hurt again. Probably one of the most underrated BIlls LB of all time

I would state that Kelly would not fair as well in the Brady era,
Brady would not fair as well in the Kelly era.
The defense of the 90's and the ability to hit the QB would have had a greater impact on Brady. Would he have been as successful without the tuck rule and if a flag would not have been thrown every time someone breathed on him?
Kelly OTOH would be more like a Carson Palmer in the Brady Era.. Just my opinion
-
Jim Harbaugh,
- Has won in college
- Has won in the NFL
- Would bring the attitude needed for this team to succeed
- Would help Tyrod if he stays

Has any coach in the history of the NFL ever gone back to a team they were fired from? Why do we continue to bring up past coaches names?
