As awesome as Freddie's run was, Woods made the play of the day. I'll drink a beer for both of these guys tonight. My wife says that'll be around 20 beers total for the day (I hid some empties).

If we signed Orton (or any other qualified veteran) earlier in camp, there would have been a qb controversy week one. This gives EJ a chance to play while Orton learns the system. The two backups we had in camp never would have beaten EJ for the starting job.

Agree with the linebackers in coverage. Teams that use their tight ends and backs a lot in the passing game will shred us. As great as Spikes is against the run, he is the opposite of great in coverage.

Read the Jaworski quotes carefully. He never comes right out and says JBJ won't move the team, he just says JBJ never said he would move the team.

BAM!!! Free again. Act depressed about the economy when speaking with the agent. Tell them you don't have the energy to haggle this year and you just need to cancel. Explain to them that there is no need for Sunday Ticket any more because so many games are televised. Because you no longer need Sunday Ticket you no longer need DIrectv. I told them no thanks to every discount they offered and said I was going to shop around. Without even asking they threw in Sunday Ticket somehow lowered my bill $60. I settled for this and didn't cancel my service. You must be able to convince them you will cancel and don't let them know you want Sunday Ticket.

Most NFL stadiums have a jumbotron in the endzones where runners watch themselves and use this to avoid tackles on break aways runs. Most stadiums have about a 1/2 second delay between live action and what is being shown on the screen. In New England, the Patriots broadcast system is set up to show the play 1/2 second ahead of the live action. This clearly gives them an advantage and should be looked at by the NFL.

next week against Houston. If not, he loses this team, the season, and his job. He can even make up some lame ass excuse like Mario is having menstrual pains.

Five years in the league and he still doesn't know when to stay in bounds to kill the clock? I really want to love this guy but this crap drives me nuts.
