Charles Grant was franchised, Vonnie Holliday just re-signed w/ Dolphins, Justin Smith re-signed with Cincy, and Patrick Kearney could void his deal and become a free-agent if he isn't re-signed. Kelsay could be one of the best DE's available and could ca$h in!

I give him a B as in "builder". He's a consenus builder. After Donohoe's reign someone had to bring the franchise together, get the coaches input on players and scheme, and make Ralph happy. Marv is not really the GM, he's like a "chairman emeritus" or "chairman of the board". I think he's done his job well. The coaching is better, the draft was not a total disaster as was advertised, team play was better, etc. Bottom line: at least we didn't go 14-2 and then let the staff who took us there walk away! Year #2 will tell us more about how Marv is doing his job.

I'd like him if he would come cheap. He's coming off a broken keg and always has back problems. Good player but I have a feeling he's like Chris Villareal, good player but always hurt.

I think it depends on who we retain in free agency. Vic Carucci was on NFL Radio last night and they discusses the Bills needs which he thinks are: OL, LB, probably TE, and don't forget RB---he doesn't think McGahee is going to be here past next year. The point is TE is a position of some need: Royal is okay but past him I think the position is real sketchy and inconsistent for the Bills.
