Does it really matter?
Their drafting strategy has been very poor as of late. They keep trading all of their high picks for a lot of late round picks and most of the people they take do not even make the team. Meanwhile their roster continues to get older.
I would not be surprised if they trade out of the first again next year.
Look at how KC has done in the draft since Pioli left the Pats. Makes you wonder if he was the one behind the talent they obtained over the years through the draft and bellicheck was just the one who studied game "film".

I mean seriously, our OTs are a joke. Our LB core is a joke. Worst of all our coaches are complete jokes. If there was a Bills Florida game, Id bet on FL.

Join the rest of those so-called ESPN analysts who talked about the cheats 99.9% of the time during the pregame show. Even if they lose tonigh (which they won't) I am very happy about the effort out there.. Now its time for the WR's to hold on to the ball.. Langston was not cut because he couldn't play LT. He was cut because there is someone else on the team that they believe can play the position better, and they're not going to have a $5 million dollar player eating oreos on the bench. People equate Langston being cut with the fact that he can't play LT.
The point is that everyone and their mother knew the guy was too big and did not have the athletic skills required to play LT in this league except for the Bills.

Back when the Bills traded Peters and announced that Walker would fill the void all of the analysts were bashing the Bills for not addressing their need at LT since Walker would not be a good fit at LT.
Why the heck would the Bills waste the entire off season running Walker with the 1's if they were so confident that Bell would fill in for Peters? Even if Bell ends up doing great it just seams to me like this was an absolute waste of time. They should have known better than anyone that a 360lb underachiever is not going to cut it at the most important position on the line.
Which leads to my next question... How the heck does John Guy still have a job?? The only decent recent free agent pickup (TO) was because of Edwards and Ralph. Had absolutely nothing to do with that clown. Every other key position on this team has been filled through the draft.

Love that TO is on the team but the show really got worse and worse as the weeks went on.. It really wasn't even about him. It was all about his "assistants" and their drama...

I've read a few places that this is possible. I thought he showed a lot of promise last year (and was not afraid to throw it downfield). He also had a nice TD reception.
But this year, not only has Croyle supposedly looked good, but Pioli also signed former New England back-up, Guittariez (SP?).
What do you think about Thigpen as a Bill?
I went to school with Tyler at Coastal Carolina and would take him in a heartbeat over what we have now. He has a good arm and has great mobility. He still put up pretty good numbers last year and had no offensive line to work with. He seems to be getting better and better with each year unlike some other QBs in the league. Best of all he is not afraid to throw the deep ball. The only ? would be him running the no huddle. Not sure what to expect. I keep bugging him about coming to Buffalo whenever I talk to him. If KC is stupid enough to release him he will do better somewhere else.
