    Seriously, how is that taunting?

Seriously? He purposefully bent over and got in the guy's grill, and then he put the ball inches away from him. And, if I was a betting man, I'd bet that he said something too, such as "Take this" or "Nice tackle." Like I said earlier, it was blatant.

Bills would have beaten the Chiefs. This

    sucks.

Why do people keep saying this? I realize that we ALL want the Bills to win every game, but if you take off the blinders, the Bills are exactly where they deserve to be. There's NO evidence to support that the Bills would beat the Chiefs.

Don’t waste your breath trying to convince him.   Just about every NFL exec knows that McD is anywhere between a decent to top tiered coach.

Simpletons keep saying the Bills lucked into the playoffs that year.

    Idiots

LMAO. So now I'm a simpleton and idiot because my opinion is different than yours about McDummy? I'll tell you the same thing I told the other homer, take off the blinders and maybe peruse some OTHER outlets, and you will see that they are laughing at McDummy for his unbelievable in-game decisions yesterday (and have been questioning him all year). He even threw Josh A under the bus on Saturday night! His clock management has been horrible ALL YEAR LONG. How about the Peterman experiment?! That was some brilliant assessment of talent and coaching decision there, huh? LOL

And exactly where are you getting this info about what NFL Execs think about McDummy? Please do tell. I think you're just blowing smoke, and shoveling some BS out.

It was not a bad decision.  Throwing a ball into double coverage does not make it a bad decision.

Let me ask you this:  what would the correct decision had been?  You claim no one else was open, and I agree.  Should he have thrown it into coverage elsewhere?  What he did was throw it downfield and if it gets picked then it’s like a punt anyway.

IMO, it was a bad decision. Maybe if it was Megatron, or Moss, or Rice, or some other better than average Wide Receiver, then yes, throwing into double coverage would be OK. But to a no-name FB!? C'mon Man.

What should he have done? Throw. It. Away.

    McDummy?

Mmkay. The man has two playoff appearances in 3 seasons with a franchise entrenched in a 17 YEAR drought.

He's done this with subpar talent and average QB play. Hopefully Allen will improve, but he's not above average right now.

Yeah. He's in WAY over his head.

The playoff berth 2 years ago was more of a miracle than the Music City Miracle. Please take off the blinders.

You can go on and on about this, but the bottom line is DiMarco had inside position on both defenders and if he jumps a split second later it's a completion.  The Texans dropped 8 guys, and we still had the ball in a guy’s hands to make a play.

As stated already, the ball was not on target, and was under thrown. That being said, it looks like if it had been under thrown even more...say about 5 yards more... it would have been easy for Dimarxo to come back a little and get it.

In any case, JA just threw it up for grabs there, and it was a bad decision (to throw it to Dimarco). Although I don't think anybody else was really open since they had 8 guys covering 5.

I have a very nuanced take on Allen. I don't think he's the 15 year franchise QB type but he is the QB who could win us a Superbowl if coached right in a 1-2 read system under a rookie contract that we use the money on a power running game with some big WRs and good TEs. I think of him as a better passer, but worse runner than Lamar Jackson.

If they continue to run designed running plays for JA, he won't last very long in the NFL. Sure, he's breaking off some big runs, and he's "big & strong", but it ain't college out there, and he's going to get hammered enough times where it will affect his game and/or end his career.

Mcd panicked. He seemed to panic a bit second quarter when he was yelling at allen to spike the ball when there was time. Allen seemed to be making a point of taking his time there. What concerns me is sometimes they both look like they lack composure. One of them needs to be mostly composed for this to work. Question is whether experience will make them be more composed under pressure.

As I've said many times in this forum, McDummy is in way over his head. The going for it on 4th & 27 is just more proof of it. Today, a lot of NFL "talking heads" were saying it was the worst coaching decision they have EVER seen, and I agree with them. The amazing thing was that even with that idiotic decision, the Bills still go the ball back, and tied it up.
