  1. You'd think so, but who knows at this point. You'd think someone would be willing to take a risk on a tall, fast, athletic WR. Either the busts of recent years have scared teams off, or there's a feeling that these guys aren't just unworthy of a first, they're just not any good, period.

I've seen them taking Limas Sweed to "reunite" him with Vince Young... Let's hope they do that and we can trade back in for Thomas or Hardy...

  2. RB is a position where you can never have 2 much depth, Stephen Jackson could use somebody pushing him for the #2 spot and could use some help if marshawn goes down, im not sure Dwayne Wright is enough.

Think you mean Freddy Jackson - although it'd be nice to have steven jackson as a BACKUP!!

  3. You shouldn't base off of that I've been posting on here for a while but I forgot/lost my login info so I had to make a new account? sadly it was kinda depressing I had 2,000+ posts which I know isn't that many compared to some people but it takes time to get that many, and now I'm back down to less than 100 lol.

Yeah, I had to re-register as well, losing all my posts... sucked.

  4. Great article on SportsLine about the NFL draft:

Best Part comes at the end:

The real reward of the draft will come in September, when we don't have to listen to Kiper or McShay or Chris Berman but we can look with our own eyes. Reggie Bush went No. 2 overall in 2006 to New Orleans, and the Saints went from 3-13 in 2005 to 10-6 and the 2006 NFC title game -- but not because of Reggie Bush. Their best rookie that year was receiver Marques Colston, who was picked near the bottom of the seventh round, or at the end of nearly 20 hours of televised draft coverage. Three months of buildup and 20 hours of draft coverage in 2006, and nobody knew about Marques Colston -- possibly the most productive player to come out of that whole draft.

If you're still watching when this year's Marques Colston is picked in the seventh round, you've got problems. Unless you're holding out hope that Mel Kiper will lunge for Todd McShay's neck. In that event, I salute you.
