Bills’ QB coach Ken Dorsey focused on Josh Allen becoming a ‘well-rounded’ QB

‘”We just want to continue to make sure that we’re getting well-rounded and continue to improve in all aspects because that’s the long-term goal. There are short-term in these specific areas and wanting to improve and everything, but also we want Josh to have a 15-year career of being a great quarterback in this league. And the only way to do that is to harp on it and focus on the entirety of your game and becoming a well-rounded football player from A to Z.”’

Bills’ Cole Beasley: Stats and numbers ‘doesn’t matter to me anymore’

‘“There’s a lot of variables that they don’t take into account, so I’m sitting here playing for things that didn’t even matter. I’ve had time to grow and now it’s just doing my part and giving the best I can out there. I know, one-on-one, in my mind, nobody’s really going to cover me. As long as I know what I am, that’s all that matters to me. I don’t need numbers to really prove that.”’

Bills Camp Observations: Rookie Zack Moss off to a fast start

‘The rookie running back showed during practice Tuesday, though, that he might be able to contribute in another way. Moss made at least three catches during the second padded practice of training camp at the ADPRO Sports Training Center. The first of those, which came from quarterback Josh Allen during a 7-on-7 drill, was a perfect touch pass down the right sideline. Moss displayed good vision to pull in the over-the-shoulder catch.’

Cole Beasley doesn’t care what you think of Josh Allen. So, bye Felicia

‘“He finally got a full year under his belt last year so he’s playing more confident than ever,” said Beasley, who in his first season with the Bills caught 67 passes for 778 yards and a career-best six touchdowns from Allen. “He’s making throws that he wouldn’t even have tried to attempt last year. He’s starting to throw guys open a little bit.”’

Harrison Phillips endured a long and arduous journey back to the Buffalo Bills

‘“Five-, six-hour days, working, sweating, crying, throwing up from how hard that I’m going,” he continued, trying to paint a picture of the grind he endured to make sure Monday arrived. “There was definitely some depression through there. There was definitely a lot of anxiousness, anxiety, fear.”’

Bills training camp 2020: Mario Addison a terror on defensive line (Day 2 observations)

‘Addison steamrolled Quinton Spain on one play, knocking him down en route to blowing up the play in the backfield for the sack. Addison’s combination of size and power makes him a tough matchup for any offensive lineman he goes up against.’

Bills Mafia, NBC Sports is looking to talk and tailgate with you

‘Whether it’s viral videos of fans getting slammed through tables, filing cabinet pizza from Pizza Pete, bowling ball shots or Pinto Ron getting doused in ketchup and mustard, the Bills Mafia knows how to have a good time in their own unique way.’

Bills’ Cole Beasley talks Josh Allen’s ‘infectious’ confidence; WR sees QB taking next step

‘“It’s really just the confidence factor. When you see a guy with a lot of confidence in himself that drifts to everyone else and is kind of infectious,” said Beasley. “Anytime you have a guy like that it spreads throughout the team and everybody is playing confident because the guy that we are looking (at) to lead us is playing confident.”’

Christian Wade confident he can make Buffalo Bills roster despite Covid-19 crisis limiting NFL auditions

‘”Coach [Sean McDermott] really believes in choosing the best players to be a part of the team, to be in the squad, so I feel as though if I prove myself in practice – and he’s giving us lots of opportunities to really put our best foot forwards – then I’ll really have a chance to make the team.”’

Bills offensive rookies impress at Tuesday’s training camp session

‘After a really strong performance on Monday, quarterback Josh Allen had a much more uneven day. There were definitely some pin-point strikes, but also some balls that went into no-man’s land, where he either missed or there was poor communication between him and his receivers.’

Cole Beasley believes Josh Allen is ready to take the next step

‘”When you see a guy with a lot of confidence in himself, that kind of, drifts to everyone else as well and it’s infectious, and anytime you have a guy like that and it spreads throughout the team, then everyone is playing confident because the guy you’re looking at to lead us is playing confident, that makes a dangerous team,” Beasley said of Allen. “He’s a guy that’s unselfish and he’s going to put his body on the line for everybody, so we’ll run through a brick wall for him and when you’ve got guys who will do that great things will happen.”‘

Letters to ‘Buffalo Dave:’ Texas-based Bills fan looking for pen pals

‘Meet “Buffalo Dave”, he currently calls an assisted living facility in Midland, Texas home. Unfortunately, the facility is not currently allowing visitors due to COVID-19, and “Buffalo Dave” is hoping to connect with some football loving pen-pals.’

Bills WR Cole Beasley says this is “one of the most talented teams” he’s ever been a part of

‘“We gotta know there’s only one ball and guys just gotta be patient and wait for their turn to make a play and be ready to make a play. That’ll be one of the hardest things because guys are competitors,” wide receiver Cole Beasley said on a zoom call with reporters.’

Bills training camp injury report: August 18th

‘Here’s a look at the Bills injury report on their second day in pads.’

‘A petition calling for the venue to be called Marv Levy Stadium has gained more than 3,000 signatures. This is a sharp rise from earlier this month, when the petition only had hundreds of names on it.’
