Two Bills Drive

‘Bosa recorded his first sack in a Bills uniform, and forced two more fumbles, giving him three punch outs through two weeks. This is what the Bills need Bosa to be – a disruptor forcing turnovers and getting to the quarterback. Plays like that are what the Bills have been missing in the postseason, specifically in losses to the Kansas City Chiefs. They haven’t been able to get to Patrick Mahomes, and if you can’t get to him, odds are you aren’t going to beat the Chiefs.’

‘Trubisky remained in the game through the end of the first quarter.’

‘The nose of the MVP clearly began bleeding, and he was getting it tended to with a ton of gauze on the sideline.’

‘Quarterback Josh Allen was tackled and immediately ran toward the sideline signaling for backup Mitch Trubisky to come in. Allen appeared to have blood on his face, making it look as if he suffered an injury to his nose/mouth area.’

‘”I think the mindset that we have is never get too high, never get too low,” Allen said. “Try to find the middle and understand that it’s never as bad as you think, but it’s never as good as you think. There’s always things to improve on. And each and every week, that’s all we’re trying to do throughout practice.”‘

‘Allen was tackled by a Jets defender in the first quarter and appeared to take a shot in the face. He was removed from the game for the time being and was replaced by backup quarterback Mitch Trubisky.’

‘“I thought James was doing a great job of getting on to the second level,” Allen said. “He had a heck of a game, and yeah, when something’s not broke, don’t fix it, and we kept going back to it and worked out pretty good for us.”’

‘”He’s an absolute beast,” Bosa said via Mike Garafolo. “It’s funny. He’s like, ‘AlI need from you is one strip sack,’ and I went out there and got it at the end of the game so I’m happy I was able to do something for him.”’
