His budget will never pass stipulating that the money to the Kaufman Sports Complex be cut. The are just now pumping over 300 Million into Arrowhead to modernize it. The Chiefs are going nowhere. Since the Royals barely put much more then a good Triple A team on the field year in and year out, I doubt the fans would care if they left town anyway.
