From now on... one play at a time. All three phases of the game. Don't look at the scoreboard, just worry about your own assigment and trust that everyone else is going to do the same.

 

I'd take inventory after each game and replace players that continually blow assignments or at least I would not put those players in the situations in which they continually screw up. I'd sub in a player that has proven he can carry out his assignment in a given situation.
