Reminded me of the "punt catcher" coverage....... 3435[/snapback] #23 will be fine come September. He's done it for a while now, and I'm sure his skills didn't just abandon him in one offseason. You can tell who saw the game and who didn't by finding out who is critical of him for giving up the Calico TD. He had PERFECT coverage on Calico in the endzone. Watch the tape. Believe it or not, sometimes there is nothing you can do when the QB puts the ball in the right spot. If TV would have covered the guy any tighter it would have been conisdered rape. The one who seemed to get picked on last night was Coy Wire. The tape shows that he didn't really get "burned" like some have said, but he does seem to be the weakest link in the secondary.
