slothrop Posted February 7, 2006 Share Posted February 7, 2006 My league is converting to a keeper league. For those who are in a keeper league, what are the rules? Here are the proposed rules for my league: You can keep up to three players each year. You can not keep anyone who has a value of second round pick or higher. When you keep a player, their value appreciates two rounds. For example, say you drafted RB Steven Jackson in the 8th round in his rookie year. If you keep him he will count as your 6th round pick the next year. The logic is to place a value on strategic drafting while keeping stud players in the draft rotation (can't keep RB ALexander).
