Doza Posted September 13, 2004 Share Posted September 13, 2004 Is it the play calling? Shouldn't the Buffalo O just pound the ball on first and second down and only throw on third and long? With two good backs, there should be no reason to rely on bledsoe's arm. Was the running game not working well? Taking a look at the drive charts on ESPN there were quite a few incomplete passes on first down. Also a couple of passes on third and short. I guess I am not seeing the big picture here.
