An examination by a hand specialist Monday revealed that Brady will need hand surgery and be out a minimum of three weeks. OUR VIEW Brady has also been a favorite whipping boy of Jaguars coach Jack Del Rio this training camp, spending time with the second team with George Wrighster and Todd Yoder took reps with the first unit.
