Any player you draft between round 6 and 14 can be a player you keep on your roster and be selected in the 5th spot the following year. I selected Willis with my 12th pick this year, so he will fill the slot with my 5th pick next year. As long as (God forbid) nothing crazy happens in training camp...I get him (clearly a top 10 overall pick) as my 5th rounder next year!
