26TrapDraw Posted July 17, 2012 Share Posted July 17, 2012 (edited) So if we are able to stop the run generate pressure and set opposing offenses to third and long situations like I hope we will, we will be able to play a much safer but incredibly effective ball control offense this year. I think we have arguably one if the best one two punches in the league in our backfield and I also believe Gailey will be even more effective with the lead versus trying to win shootouts week to week.I think its unfair to put fitz in rhat position or any qb for that matter. I think back to Rothlisbergers rookie year where they had a great running game and dominant defense. Hoping that we see that blueprint all year.
