Buffalo Beeeews Posted September 4, 2011 Share Posted September 4, 2011 The last time the Bills beat the New England Patriots was on opening day of 2003, just days after the Pats cut S Lawyer Milloy and Buffalo signed him. Merriweather is there for the taking and I think he could provide, at the very least, the same benefit Milloy did by tipping the Bills off the Pats playbook. Granted we don't have the Pats until week 3 this year, but Merriweather is, to me, still a top teir Safety in the NFL. Of course, I said the same thing of Milloy back in the day, and I ate my freakin' words. But like alot of Bills fans...I just wanna beat the Patriots...
