In any case, Whether it's a cyst, a tumor or an aneurysm, the good thing is they found it and can hopefully repair or remove it. An aneurysm is a ticking time bomb. It may never burst or leak, but you never know when or if it will. When an aneurysm bursts in a major artery, you can bleed to death in minutes.
