However, Moulds recommended caution about reacting to preseason results. He likes what he has seen of the new offensive scheme in practice - something that has not been unveiled in exhibition games. "I think we're just vanilla right now," Moulds said. "We're just running our base plays. We're not game-planning for people. . . . "It's a new offense. ch19079 Posted August 30, 2004 Share Posted August 30, 2004 i dont put alot of stock in preseason wins, but i do look at INJURIES!!!! i also look to see if recievers can cetch the ball, and if our O-Line can block. those dont change from game to game. R. Rich Posted August 30, 2004 Share Posted August 30, 2004 This was discussed earlier. Preseason RECORDS mean nothing; preseason TENDENCIES mean a whole lot more. Are guys fumbling the ball, jumping offsides, missing tackles, blowing coverage assignments, etc. becuase it's preseason?
