Drifter Posted February 18, 2011 Share Posted February 18, 2011 (edited) The guy is an idiot for deceiving the school and using the kids images. I don't believe it's a criminal offense though. There have been rulings about child porn not being prosecutable if it edited to portray the act but did not actually the child. Since he did not sing the offensive song in front of the children I know how they can charge him. I can see the school or parents making civil lawsuits against him for not getting permission to use the kids images.
