Trader Posted January 12, 2011 Share Posted January 12, 2011 I wonder if the Bills asked Thurman what he thought about Spiller or Lynch before they drafted those players. Or if they asked Kelly before they drafted Losman or Edwards, Or Joe D before they drafted Mike Williams. The best decision makers I have known in any field consulted multiple sources, weighed all the evidence and then made a decision. I wonder what the process is for the Bills in the draft or if they strictly rely on the opinions of their own scouts some of whom are very young and do not seem to have a great deal of experience. I wonder about the Bills due diligence regarding these things. Anyone in a positon to know who can shed light on this? Wouldn't it be a good idea to bring these players in and watch some film.
