Against the Browns the Bills don't need him, but it would be a good time to get him ready for the game next weekend against the Bengals where they'll REALLY need him. I'm hoping that the Bills have a big enough lead going into the 4th quarter to rest most of their starters. It would be nice to see them get some rest heading into the final 3 games.
