(Giants, Indi, Pitt, Miami) Broncos and Jacksonville are still in play. I think the Ravens will lose to Indi and Pitt, so going 2-2 wont be too unrealistic. Actually makes it so we can lost to Pitt and fight Denver for the last slot at 9-7. Either way, while I still say it's all so unlikely, the possiblitly is there. But for them to lose three of their last four, they need to also lose to someone from the NFC West (either Seattle or St. Louis). While I'd love for that to happen, I have the feeling it's not going to. This means that for us to get to the playoffs, everyone besides the Jets has to lose out. As someone pointed out, teams like Denver, Baltimore, and Jacksonville have tough schedules from now until the end of the year, so it could happen. If Pittsburgh and New England each run the table until Week 17 (which, by looking at these picks you seem to think will happen) there's no way they sit their starters with homefield advantage on the line. If Week 17 is meaningless to Pittsburgh it's either because they lose 2 of their next 4. And if that happens, that means they've lost to Jax, NY, and/or Baltimore. In other words, if the last game is meaningless to Pittsburgh, Buffalo's probably out of it even if they're 9-6. A much, much more realistic scenario is Denver and Buffalo both sitting at 9-6 with Buffalo playing a Pittsburgh team looking for homefield advantage or at worst a first round bye, and Denver hosting the Colts who A) won't have a bye week in the playoffs and B) likely will be locked in to the #3 seed.
