b stein 22 Posted April 29, 2010 Share Posted April 29, 2010 the reason why lynch will stay this season is because of his age. He is 23 and fred jackson is almost 30 years old. Lynch has got 6-7 more years in the nfl compared to fred jacksons 2-3 years. I know hes not better then jackson but in the future he will be valuable asset to back up spiller. He was a first round pick why waste it like we did with mcgahee. Unless we get at least asecond round pick for him we should not let him go.
