Law said the drug belonged to his cousin, but paid a $700 administrative fine at the scene and was released. There was no further prosecution in Niagara Falls, N.Y., where he had been detained. Terry Glenn's departure was all about discipline. Law was suspended for the 2000 season finale and companions Glenn and Troy Brown were fined for missing the Monday meeting after returning from Buffalo.
