Too much to ask

just to add a bit more spice to your lukewarm Monday morning coffee...:thumbsup:

The Bills have had several streaks of scoring 20 points or less in their awesome 50-year tenure.

The 1977 Bills were particularly painful to watch on offense. They went their first seven games and last six games without scoring at least 21 points...that's 13 out of 14 games. (14 game sked back then).

The awesome 2-14 1985 team went the first six games and also had a seven game stretch of 20 or less points.

The 1970 team went seven straight without scoring at least 21 points.

The 2-14 1984 team had a six game stretch of not reaching 21 points.

Surprisingly, to me anyway, was finding out that the 1997 team, Marv's last year coaching, resulted in 10 straight weeks of not reaching at least 20 points.

Our boy Richard H. Jauron IV failed to lead his charges to at least 21 points in each of his first seven games of his first campaign here (2006).

That was so much fun that in 2007, our boy Jauron paved the way for the team to not reach 21 points in six of the first seven games of that campaign.
