Werner, yes. Browning might not drop to 61.

I'll take Baron Browning or Pete Werner with 61.

A lot of people really wanted Dan Arnold. Hollister is just about as good as Arnold. I'm confused why people don't like this move. Ertz would've been nice, sure, but we didn't really need an elite TE. This is the tier of TE I wanted the Bills to sign. Wanna see the number but this is very nice on the surface. Knox isn't terrible. We don't need to completely replace him on offense.
You had me until you said Knox isn't terrible.

40% of his highlight video was against us. 😀

A field goal does nothing, still down by 2 scores. Pathetic decision.
-
Knox is the worst. He must have compromising photos of Pegula. He wouldn't make any other NFL roster.

I was impressed with Marcus Murphy, actually surprised when he didn't make the cut. 5 yard average per carry and protected the ball well. New Orleans and Houston had him in for a look this season. He's currently on an XFL roster.

hasn't this been the knock against Yeldon for years now? terrible. where's Marcus Murphy?
As far as I know he's still available. The Saints had him in for a workout about 2 weeks ago, didn't sign him. I like Murphy a lot. Bring him back.

Yup. Sign Murphy and cut Yeldon
I don't know why Murphy didn't make this roster. IMO, he was the best back we had.

The fact that you made it this far is impressive. Good luck, whoever you pick.
Thanks, it's just under a $1,400 pot, I'd love to bring it home!

That's exactly what scares me about the Saints and Steelers this week. Both games have that "late to the party" type of feel.

My best advice to you is to ignore everything else I have to say. Last year I didn't make it out of the week 1 Thursday opener (Chiefs over Pats) and this year I didn't make it past week 1 (Bucs over Saints). Good news is I'm trending up.
I'd go with the Saints. Home team playing at a high level. Cardinals over Raiders is tempting but I wouldn't want to lose with a bad team when I still had the Saints available.
Exactly my thoughts regarding the Cardinals. If I go out picking Arizona while I still have teams like the Rams, Saints, Steelers etc to choose from, I would really feel like an idiot. On the other hand, getting a win with a 2-7 team would be pretty sweet.

When you make it that far in a pool just go with your first instinct. Goodluck.
My first instinct this week was Arizona. Upon closer review Oakland actually has better defensive statistics. Oakland has played the Chargers twice and kept it pretty close both times. Both of Arizona's wins came against SF. But you have to wonder if Oakland is merely playing for the #1 overall pick. If that's the case, they certainly don't want to beat a 2-7 team. The game is in Arizona and one thing I find intriguing is that the money line is -$220. for the Cards.

The best thing you can do is put it behind you and move forward with your life. Maybe try therapy if you're stuck.
Survivor pool, not survivor guilt. ?

Are you in the pick 'em league in here?
No, not this one. It's through Office Pool.

Saints at home is pretty secure. Eagles Super Bowl hangover isn't going away.
Steelers would seem a safe bet vs a floundering Jax team, but road games are tricky.
My third choice would be Cardinals at home against Oakland.
I'm actually thinking about Arizona. I took San Francisco against Oakland two weeks ago.

Saints or Steelers.
Why have you only picked 6 teams so far? Did you have a re-start after week 4 cuz everyone had already lost?
4 teams that I picked are on the Bye, N.E.,
Cle, SF and the Jets.

Eagles secondary is bad right now and Brees will pick them apart. I'd go Saints.
At 4-5, this game is critical for the Eagles. No doubt they are going to bring their best.

Once again looking for opinions on this week's matchups. I'm one of three left in my survivor pool. Some close games this week and I just have a bad feeling that my strongest available plays might be due for a let down. Remember, point spreads do not matter, I just need a straight up winner.
Teams that I can't pick...
Chiefs, Chargers, Panthers, Vikings, Packers and Bengals.
That leaves among others,
Saints over Philly
Steelers over Jax
Texans over Washington
Cardinals over Raiders
Falcons over Cowboys
Bears over Vikings
Nothing seems to jump out at me this week.
The Saints are a big favorite and at home, but the Eagles are the defending SB champs with thier back against the wall.
Arizona came off of their bye and looked respectable in KC, they host Oakland who may not even want to win games.
Steelers going into Jacksonville who has been struggling after a decent start to the season. Is Pittsburgh due for a bad game? Will the Jaguars D show up for this game?
Anyway, everyone's 2 cents will be appreciated!

You all are such a bunch of pu#%ies. All you do is B word and whine about everything. It’s easy to support the Bills when they win. These are the times that make being a fan so much better when they actually do turn the corner and become a contender. Either get on board or leave. Either way, quick whining about everything.
Right! People act like we've sucked for 18 years straight!
