  1. Can someone explain to me what a QB selected ten years ago, has anything to do with a LB this year? Besides the fact that he'll be gone by 9, is it like the small school thing? Because I'm pretty sure that The Buffalo Bills are aware of the biggest player to ever come out of the University of Buffalo. I'm really confused here.

I love that last comment. And yes he will be gone in the top 6 no doubt. Funny thing as much as I want him, I think Brandon Spikes could fill that MLB job for multiuple years to come so it's not a huge loss. Besides OL the Bills have signed players that can fill the void that we needed in ther draft; Mike Williams, a go up and get it, bigger receiver, Corey Graham a possible replacement for Byrd, Spikes to let Kiko go to the outside. Plus re-signing Chandler makes me think they won't go for Ebron, at least not at 9.

  2. The Bears are in a desperate need for a DL and so are many team behind them. I think the Bills should try to pull a trade off with them at 9 to give them the best DL available. We pick up their 1st, 3rd, and 5th round picks, draft Ebron at 14 grab a big WR at 2 then use the rest to fill out our lineup... Thoughts?

  3. It they went to Toronto they would lose everyone on the American side of the border. If they go to LA, they will lose everyone in Ontario and WNY.

LA would be the one place i think I'd be ok with if they moved...main reason is because just being in LA will give us national attention.

Hypothetical question... would you rather have the Bills in Buffalo for another 25 years and no Super Bowl or move to a big market like LA within the next 5 yrs and win a Super Bowl then?

I truly do not know my answer.

  4. Ive been a Bills fan since I was 4 yrs old, granted im only 24 but i live and breath Buffalo and i always have hope. I grew up in NJ and moved after 12 years to Chicago. It doesnt matter where you are from, you have to billieve, Without us fans, we wouldn't have a team here anymore.

Ps I was born in 1990 to a NY Giants fan of a father and a Cowboys fan of a mother, it doesnt matter the odds we just have to keep billieving

  5. I know this won't be popular but Hakeem Nicks.Yes hell be pricey but if we arent signing Byrd we can afford him. Then we have even more of an oppertunity at 9 to trade down in the draft, pick up Ebron out of NC and thats a pretty solid offense.

    QB Maunel

    RB Spiller/Jackson

    FB Summer

WR Johnson, Nicks, Woods, Goodwin, + whoever wins the 5th battle

    TE Ebron, Gragg

  6. If they r going to move kiko to the outside i would be all for signing him if the price is right. This gives us the choice of trading down at 9 especially if mack is there and get more picks, one which would eventually turn out to be a MLB to learn under Jackson, or draft at another position. It all come down to the price.

  7. Freddy is 32 he is in the exact role he should be...getting 15 carries a game and used for blitz pickups. You don't wanna start him and have him gassed by week 13 or 14 cuz there is a good chance that might happen with his age. That being said it is great to see that he still has that chip on his shoulder when he is out there and he looked fast as ever hitting those holes.

  8. We have all either watched or read about the recent Jarius Byrd interview where he does not seem to want to play in Buffalo anymore. Even though it was just a couple weeks ago it was said that the Bills brass were real close before the deadline and felt confident they could get this thing done eventually. All of a sudden our top 2 QB's get hurt and we are probably going to be starting an undrafted FA at the QB position and Byrd's attitude is flipped. Why? Who knows, all I know is that if he can flip the switch off he can flip it back on again.

That is why I think it is up to us, the fans, the heart that keeps our beloved Bills alive, to try and win him back. We have done this numurous times as recent as Mario. My thought always goes back to the season where we signed Takeo Spikes from Cinci. He was asked what made him want to come to Buffalo and he responded about how our fans, when we played the Bengals in Cinci that year, had pleaded for him to come to Buffalo and showing him know how much we loved our Bills and our players. This may not have been the sole reason but the same goes with Mario, he talked about the community love and dedication to our Bills.

So lets give Byrd a season he wont ever forget and if he decides to leave anyway, show him there is no better fans then Buffalo.
