Seahawks D is bend but don't break. Lindell will be BIG on Sunday. Hawks kept a rookie kicker in addition to Olinde Mare. If Holmgren throws a rookie kicker into the Ralph it can be a good thing for us!

A matchup we need to exploit on offense is Hardy vs the Hawks' 2nd CB, Kelly Jennings. Jennings is something like 5'9" and thinner than a rail. They can't afford to take their pro bowl CB, Marcus Trufant, off of Evans so Hardy can have a field day if Trent can avoid the rush long enough. Hardy should be an outlet for Trent all day

This was definitely one of the worste highlight films I can remember. Usually, even after a 2-14 season, you get a good feeling after watching it. I can't really explain why, it just give optimism for the upcoming season that this one lacked. They tried to do it, but it just didn't work. I don't know if there was a segment missing, but it didn't seem like it. It was kind of boring, and yes last season wasn't action packed, but usually it's edited to give a sense of excitement for the upcoming season if the previous was poor.

I agree. It lacked continuity and any semblance of building for the next year. Instead of focusing on Lynch Beast Mode runs or Trent's emergence, they talked about the Bills MEDICAL STAFF and some Ralph award. It sucked.

One thing to keep in mind is that Favre likely will only play 2-3 years (at most?). We brought in our 'long in the tooth' savior in Bledsoe and it got us 3 years of mediocrity, KC brought in Montana and got a couple of decent years at best.

 

While this may make the Jets more respectable, it does nothing for their long-term hole at QB. In fact, the hoopla may give NYJ a false sense of security (as it did us with ticker tapes upon Drew's arrival).
