Josh was a guest on Tom Brady's SiriusXM and both acknowledged that the Bills run the Patriot offense. Dabol was there a long time and incorporated it here.  I don't know if he would go against his old boss and as a head coach, he didn't succeed, but as an OC with multiple Super Bowls, Josh McDaniel could be good.

At the same time, if you saw McD and Dabol not shake hands after the Giants game, it's no secret that Dabol didn't listen to McD and ran the offense his way and was successful.  It looks like Dorsey is a Yes Man to McD's demands.  The D's injuries are in McD's head.  He wants the offense to slow down and the chew clock to keep the D off the field as much as possible and it's not working. He has to allow the offense to play to its strengths and stop stifling offensive tempo and momentum.

The benefit is McDaniels wouldnt bounce for a HC job. hed be there for the long haul

Honestly, he probably doesn’t believe that he will either deep down. But it’s been giving him something to work toward. It’s a motivator. He’s amazing.

No doubt about it. I don't know if I could handle it 1/2 as well as he has. I'm hoping this unfolds into a new chapter for him.. Perhaps coaching

Wet mat victim Kevin Kolb comes to mind.

Bradford has a career earnings of $129M. He has 2,967 Pass Attempts. That's $43,478.26 per Pass Attempt.

Kevin Kolb has a career earnings of $47M. He has 755 Pass Attempts. That's $62,251.66 per Pass Attempt.

Jamarcus Russell is up there too

I remember a few years back when Reggie Wayne played a whole game without a catch and the whole game the announcers were lamenting him losing his team record.

Well at the end of the game they threw him a little screen pass to keep his record going. There's no reason the Bills couldn't have done something like that for Moulds.

I guess you could, but at some point the record is meaningless if you use gimmicks to prop it up.  Like rolling a QB out there on one leg for the first snap to keep up his ironman consecutive starts.
