  1. For a moderator, you sure are a jackass. I haven't ever been anything but respectful of you and this forum's members. Good bye...
  2. How many people live in Buffalo, again?
  3. Like I said, it wasn't my fault I had no access to them. With that being said, my heart now bleeds Columbia Blue. You wouldn't understand probably having a pro football team your whole life. Almost everyone in Nashville that is a Titans fan was a fan of another team before. So because I support my home team, that makes me a band wagoner fan? WTF ever... Get a clue. I'll stop arguing, and leave my sentiments for a good game with no injuries. I'll be back to rub it in your faces when we win Sunday.
  4. Titans 27 Bills 21 Titans have 200+ yards rushing... Lossman throws a pick to P. Jones. The game plan will be to run it down your throats. Hope you can stop us
  5. Nope, I was not a bandwagon fan. I was a huge fan of Thurman Thomas back to his days with OSU. He pretty much was my idol when I was younger. There were a few years in my life that I was heavily involved in bad stuff, I don't really remember any football until the late 90's. I was a teenager, and I was partying too much to worry about football. I am a Nashville native, so when we got a team, of course I really had nothing tying me to the Bills anymore. Almost all of their great players were gone. Thurman Thomas (which deserves to be in the HOF), went to stinking Miami. So how could be be a fan since 87? Did you come out of your momma's belly watching football? Living in Tennessee pre internet era and during my teenager years, when the Bills were struggling, I had no way of even keeping up with them. They only got maybe one game a year here televised.
  6. Was that even English? I was a Bills fan from 88 to 98.. 10 years... I went through the same pain you did too during the SB years.. It's okay.. You can let it out. The Cowboys can't hurt you anymore.
  7. I think someone asked me about my quote about Vince not having to bad games in a row. "The last time Vince Young completed just eight passes, the rookie quarterback bounced back with his best day in the NFL." (Giants... 68% cmp... >100 rating..
  8. LOL... Look, I am an old school Bills fan... Now, I am a Titans fan. Trust me, Roos is a better player than Hopkins ever was at any given point. Roos might not be quite as athletic as Hopkins, but he's smarter, stronger, and plays with better technique. Mike Munchak -- Our OLine Coach said that Roos was the best player he's ever had to coach.. And he said that even before he was drafted last year. Besides, This sounds like a good time to start a thread asking the Titans fans who they think is better?
  9. ? Your wrong... Vince is an alternate. First alternate I might add too. http://www.titansonline.com/news/titans_ne....php?PRKey=4506
  10. Well, we all know that the probowl is a popularity contest. IMO, there were a few Titans who deserved to go. K. Mawae C. Hope P. Jones K. Bulluck I disagree that Vince should be an alternate. Brady should have been over him. We went 11-5 and went to the AFC Championship game in 03, and didnt get one player elected. So that just tells you how messed up voting is. Edit: I found Roos stats from this year. 3 sacks allowed. 5 penalties (4 false starts, 1 holding) Pretty darn good.
  11. Well, I'm not not SK, but I am a Titans fan, so I'll chime in. I think the decision was the right thing to do, I don't like how it went down. The lockout was nothing more than a publicity stunt, as it has been proven that McNair knew going to work that day he wouldn't be allowed to work. His agent made him go anyways wanting to get the court of public opinion to chime in and convict the Titans. It was the right decision. But it could have been handled better.
  12. First of all, Roos is not a rook. He's a second year player. He played RT last year while Hopkins played left. I have been watching football since I was 8 years old, and I am 27 now. Hopkins was a fine LT, but these past few years, he was really not that great. IMHO, Roos is having a better year than B-Hop had in his prime. Roos doesn't make mistakes. It's almost scary how good this guy has been this year. I've been trying to find a stat of how many sacks he's given up this year with no luck. IIRC, there has only been one sack given up by him all year. He's handled all of these guys well this year (no sacks allowed): S. Merriman J. Taylor Freeney (twice) D. Ware A. Thomas I don't know much about your LT, but I guess I'll see this weekend. I'm not saying he (Schobel) is not a good player. I am supremely confident in Roos' ability. Roos does nothing but eats pro bowl DE's for breakfast...
  13. Vince had a bad start to the season to be in. If voting only was for the last half, I could see a point. Vick made it to the probowl a lot.. And undeservingly so. However, vince is already a better QB than Vick is. So that might have to do something with it.
  14. Oh... I'm not all all concerned about Schobel. We have an absolute stud LT. You might not have heard of him, but he is already considered one of the best young LTs in the game. Michael Roos. (2nd round pick last year) He hasn't given up many sacks this year. He's way better than Hopkins ever was. In fact, Hopkins retired because Roos was going to supplant him this year.
  15. NFL.comSee Michael Vick. Besides, if you want a more accurate picture of Vince, read this article. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/columns/stor...ht&lid=tab4pos1 I personally believe he doesn't belong in the pro bowl this year. The beginning of his season was shaky. He's done nothing by steadily improve all year long month after month. His completion % over the past 4 game is 63%.
