    Yes we know the NFL is filled with ultra conservative owners.

     

    At the end he likely will be cut. But not because of his protest but he just isnt that good of an OT

    It's not about "conservative", it is about patriotism, love of the country and respect. These players little stunts do nothing for their cause. Their is a time and place for discussion of ideas. The National Anthem is about honoring our Country and remembering the cost of their freedom to act stupid. Peoples lives.

    They blew everything up because by starting over from scratch, they give themselves 3-5 years of continued sucking ... just like they've done repeatedly over the last 17 years.

    No, they blew it up because IT DOES NOT WORK! Where are your playoff appearances, Division Titles and Superbowls. You cannot keep putting a band aid on a bullet wound. I know your frustrated as am I but this is the ONLY way.

    Keep telling yourself that. The Bills had the 4th overall pick in 2002 and it didn't lead to anything special. The Bills had the 3rd overall pick in 2011 and that didn't change their losing ways, either. In 2004 and 2013 they drafted first round QBs, both of whom busted. In 2009, they had a cartload of draft picks, too: 2 firsts and 2 seconds IIRC. They picked the great Aaron Maybin with their first pick. The reality is that the Bills drafting has sucked ... and that they've fired old scouts and hired new ones means nothing. They could have been victims/beneficiaries of the regime change.

     

    So, why the hell should anybody think that the current regime, which has done the same kind of $$$-motivated personnel moves previous failed regimes have made and has fielded as inept an offensive unit as any that Dick Jauron ever put on the field, is going to produce anything but another loser that will set up the team for more losing seasons into the foreseeable future?

    Different regime, different scouting department, different coach, different GM, different owner. Do not hold the offenses of the past against them. BILLIEVE!

    A great 2018 draft.

     

    1st,1st round pick Mason Rudolph QB, Oklahoma St. Some say this is high but I think he is going to have a great year and he's the guy.

    2nd 1st round pick James Washington WR Oklahoma St. Instant chemistry for our franchise QB.

    1st 2nd round pick Jarmarco Jones OT, Ohio St, Slide Dion Dawkins into G and the line is a lot better.

    2nd 2nd Round pick Ronnie Harrison S, Alabama Enforcer in McDermott's defense.

    1st 3rd round pick Lowell Lotuleli DT, Utah, depth at DT to cover for Dareus.

    2nd 3rd round pick Kallen Ballege RB, Arizona St, Big back who can catch, good for West Coast Offense.

    3rd 3rd round pick (comp), Chris Worley LB, Ohio St. Depth at Linebacker.

    The last five plus years the Bills tried to slap a band aid on a bullet wound "just" to get into the playoffs. IT DIDN'T WORK. Their are many band aid players that were on the team, some are now gone. Time for a new way, a way to win in the playoffs and it starts with a franchise QB. A bad year this year can lead to a decade of winning, division championships, and even a Super Bowl. I am fine with it.
