  1. This is BS, but can anyone point to an actual federal mandate where a federal or state employee is required to inspect lunches? Where they (local/state) are required to replace items sent in? Did I miss that? Thanks.

Oh and if so, I am ready to march with you on Washington to protest. With that said, processed food and diets need to change, but the parents need to do it.

  2. And accuracy. And purpose. And your overall strategy. And how it's deployed (SLBMs can be a bigger deterrent than ICBMs, if you can't kill the subs).

Yeah, and don't we have 18 of the Ohio class with 24 each? 24 x 18... carry the 1... That seems more than 350.

Also, what would happen to a country (say China or India as they have a large area of land) that was hit with 30 nukes (some sort of spread pattern concentrating on urban areas) in your opinion?

  3. Starting a business because people here are...well...ya, whatever! Thats the dumbest thing I've ever heard

Two separate things. I had spent a fair amount of time here on these boards reading if nothing else. So that hour, or two a day at times, had to go away if I was going to try to start up the business. I had family, my usual job that I still work of 40 hours a week, and this new small business. As expected, it ate up huge amounts of time to even get versed enough in it to pitch it, but it is going well now. Why would I waste that time that could be so profitably spent in my own favor when idiots/trolls like you waste the majority of the time here?

  4. Hey congrats on the small busness venture. Lemonade or Kool-aid?

Sarah Palin is more articulate than you. We can prove it thanks to her e-mails. Did you have anything to say? I have to run as I have a training to do in 30 minutes.

Booster only comes around when he's off his meds. Tries to piss people off but he's really bad at it.

You admitted to playing a character. Do you deny that?

  5. That's the best you got. Why do you even bother coming around here after being MIA? Come on tough guy give it your best shot.

I was MIA due to starting up my own small business. I decided to stop wasting time arguing with guys who admit to being a "character" on the internet unless I had time to waste. Unlike others who feel the need to announce their going away only to come back, I only did the latter. And with my schedule the next few weeks, I would not expect me here much.

  6. I have seen people make fun of Jizzelle & criticize her lack of press savvy, just like I've heard a few non-vitriolic measured criticisms of the absurdity of characterizing a failed company getting bailed out as the poster story for American perseverance, but the only person I've seen get all that worked up about either is you. Are you having a bad day?

I wouldn't have used the word RK did, but he hardly seems bent out of shape. I also agree with both things he is saying people are overreacting about. Sure, Giselle wasn't media savvy and her comment was cringe worthy if you are Tom Brady. At the same time, if I am Brady, pretty cool my wife has my back. Just my take and one would imagine that there is some awkwardness with Brady, his wife and some of the WRs. But, if those guys are big enough bitches to take exception to what some supermodel said when THEY DID F-UP, **** find another team. Of the WRs the only talent is really Welker, as Brady makes the rest of them (note I said WRs).

As to the bolded, do you hold every advertisement to such stringent requirements as to promoting their product? What about this particular advertisement makes you interested? In any case, wouldn't it seem that the ad agency did their job?

  7. They don't have the right to vote...no freedom of expression...no liberal media...no right to assemble, or protest, to strike, they have it worse that the poor workers in our country 100 years ago. Teddy stepped up for the Anthrecite Coal miners 110 years ago, that won't happen in China.

    Sad

More proof DiN is a Conservative troll. No die hard liberal like he claims to be would use that phrase.

  8. Now that is a very well written article with a superior formatting that proves that Adam Estes is a serious and hard hitting reporter.

My company monitors all of those! :wallbash:

Edit - Well, not this one. ""blogs that cover bird flu … news and activity along U.S. borders … drug trafficking and cybercrime""

  9. So, what's your preferred gender? Just to make it clear, for yourself.

Try not to be a bigger douche than you normally are, you know what his point was.

    As to the topic:

The worse things got for her husband in 2011, the more she rallied to his side, buoying him personally and politically.

As the sun faded, the 150 guests — friends, celebrities, officials — sat on the South Lawn, listening to the first lady describe her version of Barack Obama: a tireless, upright leader who rose above Washington games, killed the world’s most wanted terrorist and still managed to coach his daughter Sasha’s basketball team. The president, looking embarrassed, tried to cut her off, several guests said, but she told him he had to sit and listen.

She also thanked him for putting up with how hard she had been on him. At that line, a few of the advisers glanced at each other in recognition.

Sounds like she has his back. Now you can disagree with their philosophy and their plans (which I do), but calling her a B word is out the box if you ask me. I disagreed with Nancy Reagan, but never called her a B word. Same with the Bush first ladies. But you Republicans tell yourself you are different...

  10. You were getting off point. Obviously 10,000 loans made under circumstances that made minorities pay more than others equally !@#$ed up isn't good. Is that going to bring down the U.S. housing industry? The policy originally set by Carter and extended by Clinton led to the housing crisis. Other screwups helped it.

Booster, even though I think you are an idiot at times, I don't disrespect you. Every once in a while you surprise me and see the fallacies of the liberal program. Set the Kool Aid aside and dig a little deeper.

I blame the liberal's as well as the bank's policies. With the CDS stuff, I tend to blame the banks more. The loss in faith in the real estate industry had a ton of contributing factors, liberal policies among them, but the banks played a bigger role IMO. Someone prove me wrong.

  11. Booster, you are smarter than this. How big was the problem? Do the math and don't be so partisan. LA posts a link to a very good article (one of many that are out there), I've posted youtube videos of ridiculous democrat reps making even more ridiculous statements on the House floor and you libs go into the Witness Protection Program for a while. The few of you that might stay around to respond throw out canards, not really responding to the question at hand.

What does that have to do with the NYT article or Countrywides' behavior? I asked you a specific question,

So you don't see that as a contributing factor? Or do you deny it happened?
