in the 4th round we should have drafted owen schmitt instead of reggie corner....
..yahh sure schmitt lasted till the end of the 5th round but he is a beast (yaya i kno we already have "beast mode") that we need in the backfield
& yah we could have picked him in the 5th but we needed a new guy to replace stamer and thats wut they got...
i just think that he would have been a really nice addition...
I have a feeling Corner will not only be better but be a better impact player than Schmitt.

Like I said before.
AFC EastMel's one of the biggest Buffalo haters and that C+ is an example.....I can't wait to prove him WRONG! WE WILL SURPRISE EVERYONE!
FORGET YOU MEL!!!
I CAN'T WAIT TO PROVE HIM WRONG!

I would too. They had a great draft IMO
Notice how he gives Cleveland a nice grade (a B+ )- he factors in them trading their second and third round picks for Corey Williams and Shawn Rogers, for their draft grade. He grades Minnesota's draft on the curve(B ), factoring in Jared Allen. But he gives us a C+, and does not factor in Marcus Stroud. That tells me he paid little attention to us
All the more reason to show how bad of an "expert" he is when our guys play great.

Good, let him underrate this team. I can wait till we surprise everyone this season and prove him and EVERYONE on ESPN (not Chris Berman) wrong. We are having a great draft.
AFC East
Mel KiperBuffalo Bills: GRADE: C+
Cornerback Leodis McKelvin is going to be a very good player and I liked the pick. James Hardy is the big wide receiver the Bills need, someone who can be a threat in the red zone. Virginia Tech DE Chris Ellis is a decent pass-rusher, and I thought CB Reggie Corner and TE Derek Fine were reaches in the fourth round. I did like their late-round picks, RB Xavier Omon, OT Demetrius Bell and WR Steve Johnson.

I haven't read this thread, has anyone said that this pick sucked?
If not, consider it done.
Always negative about everything I see.

My opinion has only been solidified knowing that you, Mr. Lobotomy , disagrees with it.
Carry on............
I know I'm not the only one.

Draft Grade for Buffalo?
First Day = A
Second Day = F
I was not an F today. We got a lot of depth now and we basically rebuilt our special teams which some of you see to forget is one of our units. C at worst. I'd say solid B.

Still new in my opinion and one of my favorite this year.

Just to avoid clutter go ahead and PM me with any signing and I will post it here so we can have a comprehensive list without pages of discussion.
QB Luke Drone - Illinois St.
Can we pin this?
-
I think this post would work better if we contained our reports to UDFA signings that the Bills actually made. Thus far, I have seen one, Luke Drone. To avoid further confusion, people should probably only post Bills UDFA signings.
or post signing in a completly seperate thread.

USC G Drew Radovich could be the back up C everyone wanted.

WE HAVE A BILLS UDFA SIGNING!!!!!
per Kffl
Bills | Drone agrees to terms

Practice squad.

It sounds half cajun half jamaican. Is he an immigrant or the child of immigrants?
Doesn't matter how he sounds....he can play. I'm sure the Bills can get him some help with his speech but I'm not going to bash him on this. Come on now.
-
Take Jim Leonhard with you.
Jim Leonard is a good back up safety. Remember what he did last year when he started. He was good.
-
Because Ashton Youboty is still on the roster...
And he has not lived up to expectations so far.

Yes. I'm kicking it off by saying this is the year. If not, we still don't fire Jauron. He's a really good coach I feel that he's like Tom Coughlin in a way. He will lead this team. It's going to take several years to do and I know he's had 2 so far. Anyone know why good team like the Colts and Steelers are good every year......it's because they don't quit on their coaches if something doesn't go right. We need to be firm and be like the Giants, but instead we need to stick by Jauron through thick and thin. We need another 2 years with Jauron. HE WILL LEAD THIS TEAM!

Watching the interview on BB.com. Forget schools, don't parents teach these kids to talk anymore?
He can play though.
-
Listening to the scouts, they love the guy. They seem pretty damn excited to have him. Doesn't really mean anything, but usually during those interviews everyone's so stoic, it's nice to see some emotion.
Trust the scouts. They've been on the money the past 2 years.

I really hope that front office does not think that a 7th round project is the answer THIS year at LT.
Peters is the answer at LT remember. Bell would be a good bach up.

Perfect post!

This is a good post...........
Does it make it a nice draft if the special teams is tops in the league again?
The last few picks has me with a question mark over my head
But they can be used for adding great depth.
Why the fascination with Owen Schmitt?

Agreede. Besides, as I stated in another thread, Corner will be a more impact player than Schmitt.
