Often looking back makes you just cringe at the things that could've been and the things that shoulda been. But in this case, I think it was a brilliant move. This years draft is supposedly a thin bunch. What QB would be taking this year? Especially now that Leinart is staying at USC. The offseason would be looking for some FA QB, and we'd be stuck with a late round Pick.
Now we have JPL who is a "gunslinger", who is a tough SOB, and one that has a year under Clements and Wyche. Not to mention that this offseason, he gets MORE time with these guys. I'm worried that we won't have Tom Clements for next year, as he is a great coaching prospect.
He also has the backing of his teamates, which is a great asset for this year.
My hunch, DB gets hurt early, and JPL comes in, never to give his spot up again. Kind of like what happened in NE. Now, if we could just follow that script and put a couple of SB in our pockets.........

Next year will be exciting! A team with Moxa! It's been gone for too long. Thank you MM for bringing life back to the Buffalo Bills. Nothing better than a pissed off Defense. Drew needs more confidence or something though.

Was this a "frilvolous lawsuit?" Because if it were, why can't they charge her with things too. This wasn't a free trial.
Eagle Rock is messed up. From the very beginning, when the Chief of Police felt it was important, and declared a "Press Conference" until this end, where the DA holds a "Press Conference."
This all seems like it was done to get publicity for themselves. They are all wrong. From Kobe's cheating, to the plaintiffs story, to the Police, Judge, and DA. ALL were in it for themselves!
What a selfish society we live in.
Oh, by the way, how about the plaintiff apologizing for making financially too.
