Good answer!
I brought up the question because there is speculation that some of the players may not return to Iraq.

Give Cinci a good team and the fans fill the place. Ohio was screwed once with the Browns leaving. If you have a strong franchise in a football loving city then let it go through it's peaks and valleys. Ohio is intense about it's football, from high school, college and to the pros.
What is the lawsuit about?

Notice how LA is about the only city looking seriously into aquiring an NFL franchise these days. 10 years ago, seems half a dozen cities were talking about it. Then the stock market Rosen hit and the NFL franchise fee soared. That elimated a lot of dreamers.
I have a friend who keeps insisting the Bills will be gone in a couple years. I always ask him " where are they moving to ? " and he always wants the conversation to end without answering. Just a cynical thinker. There are no more Baltimore's out there, ready to sell the city dry for 20 years. Taxpayers won't allow it anymore.
I hope you are right. Some point to Toronto with that population of 4 million as being a good market to exploit with or without the Bills and Bills fans.

Cleveland, Houston and Baltimore had to pay enormous sums to replace teams that should not have moved in the first place.
I believe franchise shifts are bad for sports unless there is a situation that can not be repaired. Blackmailing cities (and states) into paying for new stadiums while said cities need to pay their teachers and firefighters should not be an acceptable rationale for moving.
L.A. (or any other city) would rather swipe another team than pay for a new stadium and exorbitant expansion fees.
The NFL has become encircled by rich vultures. If you doubt this, attend a Super Bowl weekend.
I suspect New York State would put up a fight if there was an attempt to "steal" the Bills.

Pay the marbles and Los Angeles (Anaheim) can have a team. But do not cherry pick from other cities. Leave EVERYBODY else alone...

Bledsoe needs to play if not for anything more but to get in synch with the offensive linemen. Protection has been a problem for too long. If Bledsoe has a better idea of what his linemen can and cannot do then maybe he will make better decisions in the pocket (..and lack of one)...

With some comparison's to Rob Johnson by some draft experts I'm surprised no one has done the JPL=RJ yet. Come on people it was a freak accident and we shouldn't be looking to put blame on who caused it because truth be told who cares? It's done, all the b!tching in the world won't change it. Let's move on.
I agree. It was an accident. TV is a pro, I bet he will make up for it. He has to feel bad. Hopefully, the unfortuate result strengthens the team bond.
Heal fast JPL.

I'm a bit annoyed with fox. Last night they were actually bleeping it and the week prior they blurred out some butt shots. People, we are talking animated butts here! Stop The FCC!
I hope all this censorship wont affect the new shows coming out.
Oh and to save server space and go light. Vincent Gallo was on Howard Stern this am, and he called buffalonians miserable people. I'm not from WNY, but I have to say this, FU Vinny, I've met some real sweet people there and I hope one day the economy returns and makes the city prosper.
One Breast Bowl and they even got to smack down Family Guy.
Buffalo has to lose the stigma of being "down and out" and hopeless. The part about the weather is also overdone. Most of the world gets a winter Buffalo's is simply more dramatic. There are countless Northern cities across the world that thrive economically. The Canadian cities have vicious winters but they still flourish. You are right, the economy is the key for much of what is wrong about Buffalo. Innovators entreneurs and people with brass can change a lot. The Geico call station isn't going to make many people rich but it is money into the local economy that in turn is spent in the local area.
As for the people, I have met cool Buffalo people in Buffalo and all over the country. There are some that I wish I never met but for the most part Buffalo people are very good people.

"a nudge like a vet was showing a rookie that pro hit."
That is what Vincent should be doing to the rookies from opposing franchises...
