  1. He made two bad interceptions, but the guy looked cool, comfortable and very good in putting up 23 points on the road against the Patriots. I haven't seen the Bills look this good on offense since I don't know when. For those detractors who are obsessing over the two interceptions, QBs who have balls are going to throw some interceptions, so get over it already!

It was the piss poor run defense (Danny freaking Woodhead????) and the piss poor pass rush that cost us the game yesterday.

Buddy should cut Trent now so he could find a job somewhere else. I didn't say a job in NFL and no he's not tradable! I don't even want to see him on the side line!

  2. I just called to add Sunday Ticket (not renewal) although I've had Directtv for more than 10 years. Initially, the lady asked for the full price which is $314.93 even I mentioned I've heard people got it for $179. Then, I went on about being a loyal customer and the reason I had Sunday Ticket on and off (because of wife). She then offered $314.93 and $10 off for 12 months which is $194.93 if I kept Directtv. Then, again, I pled for my case about getting a good deal so wife won't complain. She gave me $299.94 and $10 off for 12 months. That's $179.93! I'm happy! :censored:

P.S. Got 3 months free Starz channels too!

  3. Last season when season ticket sales were low, they brought in T.O. and it pretty much took care of that issue, and 2009 became one of the better ticket sales years ever. With the fanbase in such a disappointing position when it comes to the Bills now, it seems almost a must for Ralph and the boys in the FO to make some type of move to help sell tickets, as the recent coach hiring won't do it. I am not saying that it is what I want, but if I had to guess one big name that they will bring in this year to sell tickets, I would guess Michael Vick. Gailey has a history of working with athletic type quarterbacks, vice immobile pocket passers. Other possibilites might be Calvin Johnson (whom I believe Gailey recruited at Georgia Tech), Brandon Marshall, or maybe LT? What are some other guesses of who they might bring in to make a splash this off season?

    Open bars!

  4. Still no controversy in my opinion, Fits has shown what he is, a career backup. With his terrible throws, lack of arm strength, it is obvious when healthy, at least for this season, Edwards is the starter. Shouldn't even be a discussion from anyone with a clue.

I think both of them are backups. Although I think TE will be a better backup, since he throws checkdowns and knows how to play safe!

  5. Stopping just short of slipping my rose colored glasses into place, I'm more of the belief that we have -ONCE AGAIN- been victimized by terrible injuries. It seems to me to be the one constant on the team throughout the century, regardless of coaching carousels. The game gets more violent each year as humans get more refined in maximizing their bodies. Every team has injuries, but we're simply more snake bit than most. Ellison is a prime example. Undersized, high motor types, typically reserved for ST duies, he was thrust into the lineup a few years ago -due to injury- and got so much playing time, he now knows what to expect. He was never considered a blossoming prospect, but his experience has given him an advantage in a familiar system, over a newcomer.

How many games has Poz played? How many more can we realistically expect. Lynch and Edwards can't make it through a full season either. Through Jauron's keen eye for DB's we've had many great, talented players there. Every year, it seems we go through all of them- due to injury.

I don't dismiss this as poor conditioning. These are broken bones and blown out joints. There has to be more players per team -due to injury- than the current level. Especially if the league has their way and adds more reg. season games. The 'product' we witnessed last week in Miami was a debacle -due to injury. Case in point: there's a new injury this year. Broken ribs -IN THE BACK! Holy Schniikees! I can't imagine the pain!

We have to have larger rosters, cause I dion't think this is going to change anytime soon -due to injury.

No offense. What's your point? Sorry, I'm just tired of excuses! :wallbash:

  6. A) I don't expect any more posts from you on this board. Hypocrisy rules if you do.

    B) I'll take your tickets in a heartbeat. I live in NC, and I'd buy season tickets just to have them, even if I can't even go to a game.

    C) Most importantly: In 1 year, 5 years, 8 years, or 15 years, whenever the Bills are really good again, you better not come back.

    GO BILLS

I'm cancelling my NFL Sunday Ticket! It doesn't mean I'm not ruling for the team! You get the logic? :wallbash:

Well, you are just as frustrated as everyone else!

  7. Reggie Bush would not be irrelevant under any circumstances.

    1. He would NOT last until the end of the draft.

    2. Even if he breaks his groin and never plays he will still be relevant because of the pick that NO spent on him.

    3. Do you watch ESPN?  Half of the coverage was aboout Bush.  Irrelevant?  :)

Holy moly, this must be your first draft!

    READ! READ! STOP TYPING! :)

  8. Finally to TO news has quite. But read this article about what he said to GQ. I think he is right on.

    http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/story/9100035

With Moulds on the way out. Lets go and get TO. Now don't just say no, listen first. He would instantly make this team better on offense. Him and an improved oline. The guys is a gamer. He knows he has one chance left at Super Bowl (age and reputation). This guy is going to out to get back at not just the Eagles, but the NFL. You can tell by what he says in the article. What has Owens teams done the last few years? Take a look, they WIN! You can't expect to let Eric Moulds walk and become a better team, your nuts. You think Evans and Reed can be #1 receivers. Give me a break both of these guys are Peerless Price's. #2 guys that feed off the #1 guy getting double/attention.

Just imagine the TO on offense and TKO back on defense next year. Plus a top 10 pick in the draft.!!!

    WHAT?!

  9. It happens every day to the every day employee.  Seems the game plan worked, since Evans exploded for 3 TDS and over 100 yards receiving.  Moulds is selfish.  He is a crybaby.

you meant game plan for a lose, right? :flirt:

  10. The situation keeps getting more and more complex.  Rumor now has it that each department was told to get rid of two people, because we should "always be removing the weaker players."  They just hired three more people.

I guess that means the poor new guy that likes to visit his family once a week.  None of that core group I believe I mentioned is vulnerable.

You know, the more I think about it, the stranger it becomes.  How did he know I "wasn't happy?" I've talked to the guy three times. Once at interview time, once in an elevator, and today. That's a BS reason. Tried to lure me into saying "You're right, I quit."

Some of the guys I work with have some conspiracy theories.  That that "elite group" tells the CEO how they see things, and he in turn passes his orders down to our VP. I stay as clear away from that kind of political junk as possible. I'm not a political guy. I'm a Buffalo guy with a blue collar upbringing. Do lots of good work to get noticed. Or something like that.

    Interview on Monday already.

At the risk of sounding racist (which, I promise you I'm not), does it matter that I'm one of three white guys on a team of ~25 Indians?  I wonder if he's worried about that, thus the "grace period."

You are right about "Indians". I've read a report saying how they get their own people in even less qualified. Not racist, it is a truth!
