It was on the NFL network last Saturday. Two words: Ti Vo!!!!!
Seriously, I'm sure they'll run it again soon - just check throught the upcoming programming on their site.
BTW, it was good. The only thing they left out from the '04 highlights was big Pat's interception return for a TD against the Fish. I would have liked to see that again.
Tivo is one word smart ass.

I would hate to see Primetime go, best wrap up show in sports.
My main beaf with NBC getting the games is that they need to enter the 1990's and put the score/time on the screen at all times. This little aspect of NBC sports has been driving me nuts for years.

Do you think Frank Reich should eventually be enshrined into the Bills Wall of Fame? He played a huge part in the franchise making it to 4 straight Superbowls.
Who else from the early 90's squad do think will eventually make the Wall, other than the obvious team leaders?
Cornelius?
Kelso?
Henry Jones?
Phil Hanson?
Beebe?
Fina?

So you would take a 5th rounder? First off, that was the offer on draft day.
If they want him, they are going to need to dig deeper into their draft pocket and pull out at least a third, and I think TD may still hold him for second rounder. RB's have value in this league, TH has a lot of value in this league, and TD deserves a little praise for not folding his hand and giving him away in desperation.
THERE WILL BE A CLUB DESPERATE FOR A BACK, THAT MAY BE THE TITANS TODAY, BUT WHEN SOMEONE GETS HURT, A TEAM WILL PONY UP AND MEET TD'S DEMANDS.
We will get a fair deal for travis, or we'll keep him and let him pout.

About 10-15 years ago, after the owner died and the kids took over, Heid's switched from Hoffman's to either Sahlen's or Werdinski's hot Dogs, it just didn't work. The casings on Sahlen's are way to thick. Hoffman's then opened there own place, which offers more in the condiment area other than guilden's spicy brown mustard. After Heid's switched back to Hoffman's they began to offer more condiments. It really is a toss up between the two, Red Top and Ted's if you ask me. They are all awesome in their own way.
Heid's once tried to open a stand in Boston, and it didn't take, only lasted a few years.
Also, who ever stated they prefer a Chicago All-Beef boiled in dirty water, you need to get re-wired, tose beef sticks have rings like a tree trunk inside. You can tell there age by counting the rings.
Also, anyone ever try to grill Nathan's Hot Dog's, absolutely disgusting.

What is your favorite Upstate Hot Dog shack?
Heid's
Ted's
Red Top
Louis'
Hoffman Hot Haus
For me its Heid's especially since they started using Hoffman Dogs and Coney's again

That is ridiculous. The NFL should allow a coach to show some class. I remember Coach Mac wearing suits at Syracuse and then carried his own personal tradition to the sidelines of the NFL with him, when he was brought in to coach the Patriots.
Is the world run by marketing and lawyers?

I think they're worn more for sympathy / cop-out than anything else. I don't think Willis needs to jump up and down, hands waving in the air, to remind people that he's had a knee injury.
The inner workings of the knee will do what they do regardless of whether it's in a quarter-inch neoprene lining. It keeps the knee warm, yeah, but also sweaty and itchy.
You must be a UCONN fan, use your head, not neoprene knee wraps,
I am talking about something like this. Something similar to what many lineman wear to protect themselves from getting rolled up on.
-
They are his knees, but he's our ticket to a successful season. I know that they can be annoying to wear, but they greatly reduce the risk of catastrohpic knee injuries. I saw Corel Buckhalter of the Iggles go down last preseason untouched making a cut on the Lincoln Financial Field's FIELD TURF. Thurman wore them, Edgerrin James weres them (Post-injuries), as well as a number of other great backs. Willis hyperextended his other knee last year at Cincinnati. Willis runs hard and often does quit till he has 4 deffenders on his back, and I know you all think about it when he gets piled up on. Knee braces make take a fraction off his spped, but he is plenty fast.
Do you think he is making a bad move playing without knee braces?

I am pretty sure they got hurt towards the end of the season in the same game in Buffalo
Seriously, Why do they keep feeding the fans the same B.S. about the weather and why we don't have grass. Cleveland, Pittsburgh, NE, GB, and Chicago have grass. What it doesn't grow in Orchard Park, come on. We should have grass.

I've seen Wegman's in suburban Buffalo, but I've never been in one.
However, since Wegman's is supposed to be the best company in America to work for, according to Fortune magazine, your statement may well be true.
But Heinen's is much higher in quality than any of the other Cleveland grocery chains (including Tops), so I don't have much to compare it to.
BTW, where in Cleveland did you go to school?
Mike
All I can say is that I was a former classmate of the great London Fletcher.
-
We have Tops here in Cleveland but no Wegman's.
However, there is a similar (to Wegman's) locally owned store called Heinen's, noted for its high quality and reasonable prices. They have in-store cafes and coffee roasters. The food from the cafe is quite good...I eat there for lunch sometimes.
Mike
Dude, you have no idea what its all about. I went to school in Cleveland, and seriously, Heinan's can't even touch Wegman's. Not even close.
Oh, and Topp's Blows.

I thought we had some experts around here, nobody seems to know a thing...?

I am not entirely positive, but pretty sure, just don't know the specifics. My understanding is that if you draft a player and lose him in free agency, and then do not sign a player of equal or greater value, you are awarded a compensatory draft pick based upon the value of the player you lost in free agency. Correct me if I am wrong, but thats compensation for losing a fee agent, and can be as high as a late 3rd round pick.

I was reading a wonderfully typical TD bashing article from the Devil, I mean Jerry Sullivan of the Buffalo News, this afternoon only to think about it a few hours later. In the article, as I am sure many of you read he complained as to why TD didn't try to get even a 4th rounder for Travis. Which I believe is tremendously undervalue for quality back such as Travis.
The question is, do we get a compensatory pick if TH were to leave via free agency, provided we do not sign a player at that position with equal or greater value? Obviously the big question is what is TH's value if he doesn't get significant time if any this year? I do know that we were not awarded a compensatory pick when Antoine Winfield left for the Vikes b/c we signed perrenial pro bowl CB Troy Vincent. Equal or greater value. We should be getting compensatory picks in next years draft for both Pat Williams and Jonus Jennings, and do to there value, and potentially even their high price tag, I would suspect we would fetch extras picks at the end of the 3rd, 4th or 5th. I am not entirely sure how the compensatory pick system works. Anyone have a clue what we may be getting pick wise for any of these FA's down the road?
Not that it matters, but if TD says we weren't even offered a 3rd rounder, then I don't blame him for hanging on to TH. I think we will be able to unload him at somepoint before the season starts or even after that first big name back (Priest Holmes...whoever) goes down with an injury. Then his value will be greater and we should be able to get a future pick of more significance.

Starters to the Left
RT Williams Peters Gandy McFarland
RG Villarial Smith Geisinger
C Teague Preston Tucker
LG Anderson Tucker Geisinger
LT Price?? Peters Gandy Teague
I am trying to work this out, this is an F****** Mess. Price is more than likely not coming back, which leaves us with one, maybe two true tackles, and some filler pieces. McNally has some work to do, but I am confident he will figure it out.

I kind of like Hodge, though this year he seems to be a little off his game, and making some pretty outlandish calls relative to certain prospects, like Mike Williams from USC. Did he really say he thought he was a 4th rounder? If so, thats ridiculous
-
Who do you feel is the worst ESPN personality relative to those who are working this years draft.
For me, it a toss up between
Blowhard lifetime backup QB Sean Salisbury
&
Jerry Jones's personal fluffer Ed Werder

I dont understand why some here think TH is SO valuable...look at the way he sulked and played last year....think about his weaknesses we ALL talk about here all the time...bad against picking up the blitz...he sometimes goes invisible in games on the road....sure he ran for 1300, 1400 yards...but I just never have ever gotten that sense the TH was a upper echelon RB. Hes a very good back, but there are a lot more very good RB's then upper echelon ones. And he isnt a great receiving back either.
At this point, if a 3rd rounder is what the Bills get then so be it. AT LEAST the player they will draft can produce for the Bills, think about what TH means to the Bills NOW....really not much.
NE gave up a 2nd for Dillon last year, and Im sorry, I know TH is younger, but Dillon is better then TH, more dymanic, more explosive.
I will tell you exactly why TH is worth more than a 3rd rounder. B/C the JETS gave up a first for TE Doug Jolley. Corey Dillon is older, and was severely digruntled in the house of Bungle, the Pats stole him with a 2nd round pick. If we do not get more than a early 2nd or quality man-4-man deal, then I say we keep and let him sulk on the bench behind Willis

Who are you people rooting for the Bills to draft a kicker? Who the F*** drafts a kicker. You sign them via free agency. Who do think owns the Bills? Al Davis?
