  1. I've read every post before responding. First thought is LaCanfora has really gone downhill since he left NFLN. Thought that way before this story too. Lots of times he pushes bad info

Second thought. I don't mind a bit of arguments. This has to be one of the most high pressure jobs. The FO and coaching staff are under tremendous pressure with uncertain ownership, an impatient fan base and a serious lack of success in recent years. I don't envy them at the moment.

Arguments happen in high pressure situations. It's natural. I'm not surprised that would be disagreements. Marrone is like Coughlin. In fact they are good friends I believe. I know Marrone doesn't have the same track record as Coughlin, but everyone starts somewhere. Coughlin has gotten into plenty of arguments over the years. As has Harbaugh but so has Todd Haley. Who knows what this means. At the very least, it's not the same old Bills anymore

My hope is that this story is way overblown. That's LaCanforas style in general so it wouldn't shock me if it was. I trust Kirby in saying that it's overblown. If it's all true, then it's going to be a long year.

LaCanfora is nothing more than the illegitimate son of Chuck Dickerson. He not credible and must have burned some bridges leaving NFLN. He has not been credible since.

  2. I don't think he will last until the 5th, going to have to use a 4th on him.

It's no lock he goes in the 4th, and the topic is if he slides to the 5th. Do you use one of our 5th round picks on Murray. I am all about EJ, and winning with him. Thad is a decent back-up, I think Murray has tremendous potential. I say we jump on Murray if he I there.

  3. With everyone losing their marbles that we have now committed to EJ for 2 years (which we haven't, there is free agency and another draft next year - picks in rounds 2 thru 7).

Would you use one of the two 5th round picks on Aaron Murray, QB from Georgia, if he were to slide into the fifth round? The kid was a 1st round talent until he blew his knee out.

  4. How does the 2007 draft lead to ralph pinching pennies? Ralph is quite a few things, but he does pay people. Derrick Dockery for example. Lee Evans. Schoebel, etc.

Pinching Pennies, by not hiring a real GM or for that matter a Head Coach and staff that has a proven track record. I like Chan, but Ralph talked all last season about how he was going to open up the wallet and bring in a top flight Coach and players to turn the ship around. We got Buddy Nix, Chan Gailey, George Edwards, Reggie Torbor, Cornell Green.

    Can you say Championship???

I got feeling, Buffalo's going to the Toilet Bowl!

  5. Marshawn Lynch is/was a very good RB. It's all about the situation he fell into, the emergence of Jackson, the off-field stuff, etc. If you put him into a successful offense and give him 20 carries a game, he puts up big #'s and is considered a good pick. Not ready to pin that one on Marv.

Marshawn is a good RB, but he isn't contributing to this team anymore. All we got was 4th round pick and potentially a 5th or 6th rounder the next year.

  6. 2007

    Rnd Name College Note

    1 Marshawn Lynch California

    2 Paul Posluszny Penn State

    3 Trent Edwards Stanford

    4 Dwayne Wright Fresno State

    6 John Wendling Wyoming

    7 Derek Schouman Boise State

    7 C.J. Ah You Oklahoma

Nice Draft Marv, lots a keepers. I love Marv to death, but this just points to the fact that Ralph pinching pennies and medling continues to lead us down the path of the 1980's Bills.

  7. Chris Collinsworth, you absolute hack, egomaniacal douche. He has mentioned the Vikings faking "Smoke screens" at least 5-6 times during the 1st of the Saints game. I be he thinks he is real clever calling a fake screen pass a "Smoke Screen." WTF, when did he get carte blanche to start coming up with his own football terminology???

I find Collinsworth to be one of the absolute worst color commentators in Football and somehow he is the #2 guy in the booth for NBC. Poor choice

Even worse is that I have never heard Collinsworth have a positive thing to say about Buffalo or the Bills.

Screw him, I can't stand Collinsworth, he sucked as a player too, but if you asked him, he tell you he deserves to be in the HOF.

  8. How often are the preseason power rankings an accurate reflection of the post-season power rankings? I willing to go out on a limb and say never.

Who cares what THEY think, I like cheering for the underdog. I like to watch the phoenix rise from the ashes. We will show them!!!! hahahahahahahahaha

  9. My thoughts regarding our stadium situation is to build a state of the art complex on the American side of the mighty Niagara Falls. The era of the Ralph is quickly coming to an end. It's been a heckuva ride, but change is not necessarily a bad thing.

Butt it up next to the falls, give it a retractable roof, with the understanding it stays open for all Bills' games. It would be a wonderful venue in a popular setting, instantly giving the wonderful Niagara area a much needed shot in the arm.

    Thoughts?

I am so sick of hearing calls to built a stadium near the Falls. I don't think having a stadium in the the Niagra Falls area makes any sence at all. Economic shot in the arm? Wake up, the whole fricken reagion needs a shot in the arm and frankly who gives a crap about a tourist trap on the edge of a big cliff. You can argue that its closer for Canadiam Fans, but really if you look at the post game blotter, they seem to only show up to drink their a**es off, mouth off to an OP copper and get arrested. I feel that the heart of Bills Country is in the whole of western NYS including Syracuse and as far south as Erie, PA. If a new stadium is built, then put it between Rochacha and Buffalo if a viable space is not available in downtown Buffalo. Why not clean up a brownfield or 2 and throw it on the shores of Lake Erie just south of the city.

First of all, at the moment I don't think we need another stadium.

    The Ralph is great.

    Seats are still affordable

    Great sight lines

CHEAP parking (Go to Foxboro if you think you're paying to much)

    Very lax tailgating rules

The stadium is in the snow belt (Though it rarely snows during games, instead we get weather like the torent that ripped off the lake during the Griants games a few years back, god that was awesome)

Easy access to and from the stadium

    ITS NOT A DOME

The last thing Buffalo needs is a DOME. Weather is our friend and should be used to our advantage. Remember the Dolphins beat us in our DOME home game in Toronto.

Its the HOME OF THE BILLS! get used to it and quit pining over some half brained plan to save Niagra Falls, the American side sucks and will for the next thousand years
