  1. That was me and the day after the draft I came back and looked for you and congratulated you on the win. And never saw you here again until now. I did send the check to Hunters Hope through Cindy the next day. I assume she got it although I never heard.

    Hi,

Sorry I missed your post.I don't post very often but I think the board is great. Our family still has season tickets going back 20 some years now.I only get back 1 or 2 times per year but the tickets are great(they should be as we had to buy the rights )on the 40 yard line Bills side. Anyway you are a stand up man sending the money to HH.The best to you and yours.

  2. Hi,

I made a bet with a board member for $100 (can't remember his name) that Sheldon would not be traded to the Bills. The winner will send $100 to Cindy #89 and she will forward the $100 to Hunter's Hope. Please let me know if you have already sent Cindy the check. No matter who won it will be money week spent.I think small bets ($10- to whetever)like this is a great way to raise money for HH.Thanks Cindy for all the work you do for Hunter's Hope.

  3. Ok I will take that bet for $100.I am stating that TH will not be traded for Sheldon.Agree?? The one condition I have is that the winner writes a check made out to Hunters Hope and that is sent to member 89.Deal??

Sorry about that...The loser writes the check( running out of coffee). I have already

sent a check made out to HH for $140 to member #89 so the winner of the bet sends a check made out to HH (tax write off) to #89. Agree?

  4. OK

Let's do this so we can keep it under control and the people who are not serious

will not have any idea who bids what.

PM me your price that you are willing to pay for the bears.

Keep in mind that they will cost at least $25 for the bear and shipping.  That is for ones without the autograph.

The whole check will go to Hunter's Hope. To get them autographed someone has to stand in line for hours at a signing. I will stand in line and pay the shipping.

I will get a few more.

The highest bidder gets the one I have for this auction. That pm's me!!!! Sends the Check made out to Hunter's Hope to my home addy and if they want I will make the donation public.

Rigth now I'm a little busy with My sister being sick.  I take care of this as soon as I can.

    Thanks for everything

  5. Hi Everyone,

#89 what do you think of this idea if anyone meet or exceeds my bid they can have the bear and I will still send you my check for $140.If you think as another member has suggested that anyone that whats to send $30.00 or whetever amount will get the most money to HH I'm all for it.

    Bob

P.S. I give to HH every year but in different amounts so do what you feel is best.

Thanks everyone for the great ideas.I don't have a location yet as my original plan was to buy the land where the restaurant would be but now my agent is looking for a lease with an option as the land values in So Ca have gone through the roof.I have thought about Burbank as I used to watch the Bills games at Bobby Mcgee's with the bills backers.I am still working on a business plan, waiting to find the location. Thanks again for all the help.Keep it coming....

    Bob

  7. OK- The trick for the flavor is deep frying the wings in *peanut oil*

Nothing gets 'em as tasty in the world as that.

NOW- Add a "Garbage plate" to your menu...ever been to Nick Taho's in Roch?

This anti-weight loss treat will so disturb So-Cal you will have the local TV news covering you.

Now I hope you have written a biz plan...if not write one first...only 1 out of 20 restaraunts make it...you need a food court location where there is allready hungry Mall people looking for something new...Low monthly overhead is key as well

I'm thinking of doing a pesto thing here in Seattle...so good luck and go for it!

  8. Hi Everyone,

First off let's hope the Bills rock next year but I think we have about 2 years before J.P. gets eveything down and really puts everythig together. Not to worry about free agency TD has everything under control..I have notice some Bills fans want every free agent out there..sorry but remember about the CAP.I was born in Buffalo and graduated UB in 1982 and moved to Pasadena,Ca .I am going to open a restaurant with REAL Buffalo food sahlen's hotdogs, beef on wick, webers mustard, real buffalo chicken wings(I really need help here as I am having a had time getting the sauce correct) bought some Anchor Bar sauce but No way I can buy it as it is cost prohibitive.Any input on what I should serve or suggest any idea would be appreciated.I will have direct TV so that Bills and sabers game will always be on!!!

    THANKS
