I disagree with MJD's assertion that we have a "bell cow" back (maybe it's semantics, but I define "bell cow" as 20 to 25 rushes many games), but I think Cook is a good number-one back on this team who can rack up 12 to 16 carries a game and get good yardage and some catches.

    So....  "Bell Calf" ?

If the person was operating under the influence then yes suing seems appropriate but if they weren’t, that’s an unfortunate accident.

You assume risk with you ur actions everyday and some dude who loses control of a jet ski seems like an accident, in fairness it wasn’t me getting my knees twisted the opposite direction and if so I may feel differently.

Bulloney...sure DUI will add to someone's chance of not paying attention to what they are doing, but it's not a prerequisite for irresponsibility. You could be driving (or skiing) too fast to respond in time, distracted by your phone, whatever. Point is you weren't paying attention and you caused the accident booze or no booze. Every accident I caused in my 20's (before I wised up) was because I was rushing around too damn fast for the road conditions. No booze involved ever and yes it was my own damn fault.

re: the KC-IND matchup… don’t sleep on that one.  I guarantee you Frank Reich is going to have his team doing everything humanly possible to not go 0-3

True but Colts will get routed anyways, KC is too good. What a dumb call by the network. MIA BUF should be a competitive game. I'd ask for my advert money back with KC IND game, will be over 1st Q. Yawn...

As an adult I have no desire for autographs. That may be because when I was 8 years old doug flutie blew off me and my dad at St. John fisher and even said something rude to my dad. Can’t remember what though

Should not have been wearing that Rob Johnson jersey... 😝

Agreed.  When referees make a bad PI call on a 40 yard pass play, the penalty ought to be 15 yards, but when defenses protecting a 4 point lead tackles the receiver 45 yards downfield to protect that lead with 8 seconds left in the game, it probably ought to be a spot foul.  The problem is you can't have it both ways.

Yes you Can. All reviews are upstairs within 2 mins warning. No Coach Discretion.

Wait...does this have anything to do with the fact our rally song comes straight from Animal House??

Not our fault all the other teams are lame. They need to put in the work drinking offseason like we do.

  7. I registered the Seattle Bills Backers group in 2005 (someone had to fax in the form and I became defacto club president).

During the drought years, there were some games where only my friend Dennis and I showed up at the bar (This was the 4-12 season).

I ran the club for over a decade during the drought, making sure there was always a place Bills Fans could gather in Seattle no matter what.

Wasn't easy some games (and some years - looking at you bratty Jets and Raiders fans  😣  ).

Sometimes we were outnumbered by the opposing teams fans during the drought, but our consistency and determination paid off and membership is stronger than ever. The opponent fans don't mess with us now that we get over 100 people some games.

When I stepped down, we've been very fortunate to have two great presidents running the club since.

I'll end with a Shoutout to current SBB president Jon Mullet, thank you for all that you do!! 🍻

I guess I'm a pessimist, but I'm not happy with this decision.

I think he's a fairly average coach. The 2017 Bills were a very mediocre team that finished 9-7 and made the playoffs only through the grace of god. The 2019 Bills were a bit better, but finished 10-6 with an insanely easy schedule.

The team is trending in the right direction, but if we don't take that next step I think we'll regret this decision.

Grace of God you say? I agree and funny how that happened with a coach that believes in God. I'm happy we are keeping McClappy...Jesus love and everything else he brings to the table. You can thank God that McClappy broke the Flutie Curse.

But when you factor in the stupidity of last year's draft - taking a running back at 2 in a QB-heavy draft where everyone knew that the 2019 crop of QBs was going to be a huge downgrade - he's a moron.  They could have Darnold throwing to OBJ with Josh Jacobs taking handoffs this year.  Gettleman is a clown show.

Look, what you say Is True. However Gettleman has been a blessing to our Bills 1st round opportunities 2 years in a row. This is special and makes we wonder if Beane has influence over him. Seriously, I've never seen any Bills drafts like the last 2. Beane is a Wizard, like the Ozzy song. Or a Jedi??

He actually seemed surprised to get picked that soon.

Of course he did...just like everyone else. But thanx G-man, all mocks said we needed two overreaches @ QB to score a top 5 talent at 9 and you are welcome to my liquor cabinet anytime. I'm quacking open a cold one for this amazing draft right now. Yes I said amazing and I meant it. A grade draft.

  11. It doesn't hurt like it used too. Too many heartbreaks, too many botched calls to believe NFL is real.

The cheetosriats need to die off...The general public is getting board of the same old same old every year and it's suffocating interest in football.

I will say when the Bills win, I still get a lift in my step, work out harder, smile more.

However, I'm numb to losing....happens so much numbness is my normal.

  12. Oh, please great and mighty Oz, do tell me what the point is?

Do you honestly think that an untalented team with a less-than spectacular coaching staff is going to go on the road IN THE DIVISION for two weeks and come out anything but 0-2?

I feel summoned....I usually don't check this at work.

This one is a difficult start....but a great finish...this team has character and the way Marv has dumped the primodonnas....the Bills will persevere. Plan on a bunch of wins in December with 4 southern teams having to play the Bills at home.

Fish sticks are best served COLD at The Ralph.

    Back to work...logging off.
