    Have only had “Detroit pizza” a couple times and it wasn’t authentic (though it wasn’t the Pizza Hut version at least), and I’d look around if I were going (but I’m pizza-obsessed).  Think it could be similar char cup pepperoni like Buffalo.

    Detroit-style pizza is a rectangular pizza with a thick crust that is crispy and chewy. It is traditionally topped with Wisconsin brick cheese that goes all the way to the edges and caramelizes against the high-sided heavyweight rectangular pan.

    I have been following your threads since I will be in Bali (thats on a whole different continent for you haters) and hoping I can figure out how to stream our rematch with the Phins.  The game is likely to be played at a time where no bars are open so some combination of VPN and YouTubeTV, SundayTicket, or shady streaming site is my best bet.  

    Their website says that NFL Game Pass International is available in Indonesia.  It has a 7 day free trial....though not sure if that works the same late in the season.

    When I make it there I’ll try them because of all the hype - the last time I was in town I even had an Uber driver insistent that I had to go get some…. though if I loved it, I think my self-identity might implode.   Hadn’t heard the pizza logs mentioned before- will try to remember that…too much food too little time.
