Dez is looking around at his options and he really likes Buffalo's QB, To Be Determined

There's definitely a very legitimate chance that we are worse this year, but i think that was part of the plan. We free up a ton of cap space next year and i expect us to be a playoff team again in 2019-2020

i wouldn't be surprised if the Patriots are just getting into the QB game just to jack the price up for us

The lack of attention paid to the O-Line has me buying this rumor.

Rosen behind this o line is scary

That makes me wonder - is Rosen an Elway QB? Gut says no but i don't know why

If you can get to 4 you can get to 2. If the Giants aren't taking a QB they'd be dumb not to trade down to 4.

are people seriously suggesting that combine measurements are wrong?

anyone think it's funny that Rodak, Sal, and Skurski all got the same news from a league source within seconds of each other. How's that work, a group text?

I know that I’ve said it before but I like Preston Brown more than most here. He isn’t a liability against the pass in our scheme. He will help the run defense with Star in front of him. He’s a leader of the team, McDermott likes him and he shouldn’t be too expensive. If you start Brown, Milano and Leonard along with Hughes, Kyle, Star and Murphy your front 7 is much improved.
Don't know anything about Leonard. I agree on Brown, but his game is "just" solid. If we bring him back I'd ideally want the other LB spot to filled with someone with quickness/range/twitchiness who is more apt to make some explosive plays. Does Leonard fit in that mold?

I'm pretty scared about going with a rookie QB behind this offensive line. Rosen would be having flashbacks.

i agree that the Bills actions (or lack there of) point away from Allen.

If we're going with Rosen, we absolutely have to upgrade the right side of our line. Bigger need than LBs (which are admittedly a major need).
if we're planning on having a QB this year we need to upgrade our line.

offensive line and LB.
obviously QB
Need another CB

I don't really understand the premise. We made the playoffs, yes with luck, without all of these guys we jettisoned off for the most part. We are at worst an average team right now. We certainly did not tank. I agree it's a necessity to patch holes on the O-Line but that can be done. We are now likely able to pick what we hope is a franchise QB by just giving up our 2 1st and a 2nd at most. To me he's done this in such a way that is responsible and not mortgaging the future.
I really don't get the comment about not being able to afford everyone when what he's mostly done is strip salary. If we have to hand out big contracts to every one of our draft picks over the next few years that would be one damn good problem to have.

That's Philly basically saying we don't want to trade him unless someone makes us.

2 scenarios.
Scenario #1
Trade our 2nd round pick for Nick Foles
Draft Lamar Jackson with pick #21
First 2 rounds look like this:
#21 Lamar Jackson
#22
#56
Scenario #2
Trade #21, #22 and #53 for #2 Overall
First 2 rounds look like this
#2 Josh Rosen
#56
Which scenario makes us a better football team. I would say #1.
Trade Rumors? (only Rumors)

#1 reason i'm buying this rumor is that there's nothing about Cleveland settling on a guy at #1 with a little over a week before the draft.
