  1. All I can say is that I hope the Dolphins are still winless when the last undefeated team takes their first loss this year.  Won't that make the old Dolphins' champagne sipping seem a bit dumb (especially if it's near the end of the year)?

I almost want the patsies to go undefeated to end Miami's record.

I almost agree, but i would love it more if miami earns 16 bagels for their 16 hours of "work" this season (maybe that should be the new minimum wage standard j/k). And it would be grand if miami is still winless when the last undefeated team loses, just to see dierdork and greaseball look like bigger idiots than they are already.

  2. first play of the game he had Evans 10 yards clear for a 82 yrd td and he overthrows him by 10 yards.  Good QBs make that throw.  0 offensive points in the first half - ridiculous.

thanx for not leaving a name guest. no quarterback in the world is guaranteed to make that throw. if i go outside rite now (rochester area) and throw the ball, I will gun it at least 60 yards, and I have a crappy arm. the ball is going to take off on ya no matter what.

    • Dolphins: You have to wonder if MLB Zach Thomas is starting to press a little under the strain of all the losing. He went for a big hit last week against RB Corey Dillon rather than a simple tackle he would routinely make. Junior Seau and Morlon Greenwood are holding up just fine.

    • Patriots: London Fletcher loves to play the Dolphins because he privately believes that he's better than Thomas. Takeo Spikes is a big-time hitter, but not quite as good as he thinks. OLB Jeff Posey is the unsung link in a group that is solid.

    • Advantage: Dolphins

Yes the paper actually did put Patriots as our column. I still can't figure out why they are hating on TKO so bad. He is much better than an aging Seau as I'd take Posey over Greenwood.

  4. I think you are correct.  Just looked at Miami's rush defense and they are

ranked # 25 in the league.  Their pass defense is # 1.

The more the offense runs the ball and keeps DB from having to throw,

    the better off we are.

thats a deceiving stat... with teams up so much on miami, they have had no reason to throw the ball. kinda like the rams defense giving up so many yards passing during the greatest show on turf.

  5. We aren't beating anyone unless we can end the stupid penalties. As long as we keep having a stat of like 12 penalties for almost 100 yards, then we can't win.

you are implying that a lot of those calls against the Bills aren't bullcrap? i have seen teams get away with far worse ::cough:: Patriots. I'm sorry the zebras have been very biased against the Bills the whole season (4th and 14 non offensive pass interference). I'm really disgusted that the NFL has not done much about this as bad calls have cost us at least 2 games and .500 record (no holding on a 60+ yard punt return to the 11)
