    If you're going to Duffs, go to the one in Orchard Park. It is a decent looking place with good atmosphere and some pretty girls.

    The one on Sheridan is a hole.

     

    You should probably expect to see some ass clown dressed up in green and shouting J E T S in the parking lot. You can expect a chuckle later on when you go into or come out of the stadium and see him all bruised and bloodied.

     

    Depending on what you plan on bringing into the stadium you should check the Bills web site to see what's allowed and what isn't. There are some stupid things you're not allowed to bring in and if you don't know that going in it can be a pain in the ass to decide to either throw the item out at the gate or go back to the car and dump it.

     

    Two good places to eat in the Falls are Tony Roma's and The Keg.

    There's also a great Italian place but I can't think of the name of it. But it's very close to the Fallsview Casino.

     

    Also if you like Cigars, stop at the Duty Free shop coming back into the US and buy some Tuero's. They are a great smoke for the price. Havana seed tobaco but they are allowed over here.

    OK, if your brother ticks you off tell him to wear green to the game.

    Sundowner is a good choice and so is Duff's -- anchor bar has smaller wings that cost more!! Also, mix in a little Mighty Taco at some point over the weekend.

    Tips at the game:

    Consume lots of alcohol, don't drink from the troughs and bring your own food --- stadium stuff stinks and costs a bundle

    If you don't live in the area, you HAVE to have some wings.  I love Duff's, others prefer Anchor bar and grill.  Frankly, in my experience you can't go wrong with wings no matter where you buy 'em (sans Dominos, Pizza Hut and the ilk).

    I am a HUGE bills fan.

    Been a bills fan my entire life.

     

    I am going to the opener. this is my first time at a game. what should i expect. I am in good seats (i think, section 109 row 5). I am going up on Sat with my brother. we have a hotel in canada (niagara falls). we plan on gambling. some people said that I should go to sundowners on lundy's lane. is it any good. are there any good places to eat in niagara falls. anything to do? come on locals let me know how to do it.

    I'm so damn excited I can't stand it....I just can't believe there was NO FOOTBALL last night.....and there isn't any tonight either!!!!  LET'S GET THIS SEASON GOING ALREADY!!!!!

    Its a great day to be a bills fan. in about 26 hours we will be 1-0. truth be told, I cannot wait for the Jets. never been to a game. I will be in section 109 row 5. Its been a long time waiting.

    Working for the Future

    It sure seems like Marv and co. are working for the future. Just look at all the FA signings. most of them are under 30. All the players drafted so far are Juniors. Heck, maybe these Juniors would have been on the top of Mel's board next year.

     

    Also, I don't think Marv is done just yet. I have a fealing that he will look long and hard at any Vetran Tackles released on June 1st. We all know that a rookie playing left tackle (no matter how good) will have some ups and downs. And that can kill a QB.

    NFL 101: "The Cover 2"

    Do any of you play madden. If you go to the practice mode you can line up any D vs. any O. The thing I like most about the cover 2, is the fact that you can run a lot of plays out of the same look. The most common is a 2 deep, 5 short zone. you can mix it up and go 2 deep, 4 short and blitz any one of the LB or corners. You can also mix it up and go man the corners, LB or any combination of either. For you younger folkes try it on your madden (practice mode). For you old people, grab your grandchildrens and give it a try.

    Spend any of my hard earned money and time on this AAA team. I mean, they wont even try to bring in a proven winner. Marv is just like Tom. Niether of them wanted to hire a coach that might undermind them. Tom was afraid he would get another cower and he would loose control. Marv is afraid that sherman would come in and want to make personell moves. grow some #$#S
