My grandmother, god rest her soul, is rolling in her grave over this.  This lady despised the dolphins to literally the day she died.  While on her deathbed we were talking about the Bills and she asks me...who was that miami player that spit on the Bills fans?  I hate him!   Bills need to cut this guy immediately.

If dude helps us win a Super Bowl, I’m fairly certain your grandmother would have been ok with it considering it’s his son and not him. A step further though, if he himself would have helped the Bills win, I’d of taken him then. I’m all about the W.

  2. Until solid evidence is provided, I’ll respectfully reserve judgment. Working in the casino in NY, I met McCoy a number of times. Was always polite. Never came with an entourage. Wanted to be left alone. All in all I thought he was intelligent and well spoken. Can’t defend any of this but I feel like he knows how much he has to lose with this stupidity.

Timing is just so weird. He’s been trying to evict this lady for months, she delays the case for personal reasons and then accusations are made that Shady beat her up?  Then her friends say some dudes did it? All centered around jewelry specific to what McCoy bought her?  Seems odd to me. The only jewelry of value came from him?  People really went there and only took his things?

I mean, how stupid would you have to be to either do that or send someone to do that?  All signs will point to you.

    Or

Someone knows all signs will point to you.

Like I said, I will wait for the truth to come out. If he’s guilty, put him in jail, I have no sympathy for anyone who does that to another human being. But something doesn’t add up here.

  3. I live out in Colorado and work at an establishment in Golden. A week or so ago the Wyoming radio broadcast crew was in town. Spoke with a couple guys and they said it was only a matter of time until Buffalo loves the kid. I heard the word leader 30 times in a 20 minute conversation. I hardly got any real questions in because all they could talk about was what an awesome person he was to be around.

I asked if accuracy was an issue and then collectively said yes at times he throws errant passes. I asked if they thought he could win at the next level and again collectively they said yes. Arm talent and quick release is as good as anyone in the league already. Mentioned footwork being the key to accuracy and thought that could be taught because of the determination Josh has to succeed.

Anyways, I was wearing a Bills cap and got to talking. The guys were great conversation and I thought I’d share.

  4. It's a philosophical difference of opinion of where this team is at. I don't think this team is ready to compete for a title. Could Orton be better in the short term, sure but does anyone here really see him leading us to the super bowl?

Ej has looked dreadful at times and we are 2-2. Maybe he isn't the answer but pulling the plug on him now we will never know. Orton isn't long term, we have no #1 and now we have to start the whole thing over again searching for the next heir to Jim Kelly.

Marrone wants to win now and I get that but is Orton so much better than EJ that you bail now? I just didn't think so. Growing on the job in the nfl isn't easy. No excuses he has to get better but you can't from the sidelines. It feels like we wasted that pick now based on the fact so few of these guys ever make it back after they've been benched.

Bills fan so I'll root for Orton to be successful for as long as he's the starter, I just think they gave up too fast on a young Quarterback.

  5. "Why can't you just watch ESPN later to see who they pick? Why do you have to watch this all night long?"

"Why does it have to start at 8:00 when we can be watching other things (that she likes"

"Is he (Chris Berman) from buffalo? How does he know who the Bills are going to pick?"

"This is boring, can we watch the Notebook... again"

  6. Holy over reaction batman. Have a sense of humor. No one in this country wants to bomb this country. That's straight bills moxy right there. He hates the patriots. Good. Go bills. Get bombed patriots. There I said it. Bomb the crap out the patriots. Start at bell a cheats house. Then head to Brady or Wilforks and drop one there too. Boo yah!

    Humor people. Geez.

  7. I can't really give a lot of details about my job but I'd like to tell mention that tonight I had Nick Barnett and a host of other Bills in tonight. In the past I've had people like Jason Peters and others who were rude and incredibly hard to deal with. Mr. B is the polar opposite. He was all smiles and really a lot of fun to have around. I asked him questions and also made a lot of comments and he was really a great sport. I told him about that this city is dying for a winner. He agreed and he seemed passionate about trying to bring that feeling back to Buffalo,

After meeting 50 players who were complete jerks, I thought I'd share about one who was really fantastic.

  8. no that was Clarence the congressman, and his son Clarence (Clancy) the actor/voice in the Shawshank Redemption. I believe Levi Brown was actually a woman who masqueraded as a man while serving in the British Royal Navy from 1804-1816.

No that was William Brown. Levi Brown is actually a retired basketball player who could dunk with a blindfold.

  9. Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn

    Next up: Necessary Roughness

Scott Bacula is an old Quarterback

Manu Manu and Sinbad are linemen.

Jim kelly and other greats open up a can on a pathetic team.

88 catches a td, they win a game.

boy get girl.. who doesn't take her clothes off.

    Next up:

    Forgetting Sarah Marshall

  10. Disagree. Steve Smith posts good numbers with horrible QBs when Delhomme gets hurt. Lee just disappears, and can be covered one on one. He's also more one-dimensional so that makes him easier to cover.

Now, the 'stupid' makes perfect sense. I haven't seen Lee covered 1-on-1 in 2 years.

    :worthy:

  11. This is specifically about baseball but you can widen the conversation to any sport. A friend of mine grew up an Atlanta Braves fan for over 22 years. Two years ago, he took a job working in the suburbs of philly. Then, last summer told me he had become a Phillies fan.

    S E R I O U S L Y?

Can you do that? I mean seriously, is that even allowed? That would be like going from being a Bills fan then moving to Boston and rooting the Patriots. I called shenanigans. I told him that was the weakest thing a fan could do, to bail on his team but worse to root for another team in the division. What made it worse for me is that they went on to win the World Series.

So, My fellow wallers, Is that not weak?

    Thanks in advance.
